The hotel is very nice and in a great location. The room is spacious and beds comfortable! The breakfast and teas were amazing with a large selection. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly - we especially loved our bartender at the rooftop bar - Quy. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to HCM!

The staff were amazing, bending over backwards to attend to our every need. Staff very friendly and speak good English. Good location, near restaurants, supermarkets and also very clean. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Recommend staying at this hotel.

We stayed at the Silverland Jolie for 2 nights. The hotel is fabulous with great rooms - we stayed in a junior suite. It has a lovely rooftop bar and plunge pool/spa area with a view to the river. The location is perfect in District 1 on a quiet street. From the manager to the staff everyone went out of his or her way to provide excellent service. Whichever staff member we came across - to mention a few Ha, Ryan and Ame - from the hotel reception, to the porters, to the waiters in the dining room where we had breakfast and afternoon tea, the rooftop spa/plunge pool area every one of the staff was helpful, friendly and efficient. We even met the manager of the hotel, Ha, as well as the manager of the Silverland Yen (Mai) who was as nice as the rest of his staff and obviously runs an excellent establishment. I can't recommend this hotel and its staff enough. It was the best!…

From the warm welcome, the friendly smiles, the always happy to help attitude to the feeling of leaving new friends behind when we left, there was nothing to fault during our time here. From the front door and the reception to the rooftop pool bar and everywhere in between everyone was energetically friendly and helpful. If only some of the European countries with less than enviable service reputations could learn a thing or 2 from the vietnamese culture about friendliness, smiling, helpfulness and service. Excellent hotel , everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The staff were lovely. We enjoyed the pool and bar on the rooftop - lovely place to relax after a day in the city. Day Quy was a delight up on the rooftop, a very friendly, happy personality .

Silverland Jolie hotel is very well situated in district 1 the best district in Saigon. In addition their service is excellent thanks to Hana and Hung who really care about the customers. The breakfast has a lot to offer from western to local food, and the afternoon tea is an excellent idea and is delicious.

My wife and I stayed here for a quick two night stay. The room was impeccably clean, bed very comfortable, and breakfast and high tea delicious. But above all of those things was the staff. They were helpful and courteous- very accommodating. I also want to mention Quoy at the roof top lounge. Extremely friendly, made for good conversation while I enjoyed my night cap. Highly recommend the Silverland Jolie.

I stayed at the hotel on the 4th September 2023 for 3 nights , i arrived at the hotel at midday after arriving from the airport from the the uk, so i knew was not expecting to check in to the room yet, but they had my room ready so they let me check in early, so that was a bonus. while checking in i received complimentary cold drink and some fruit, check in was smooth and quick. i was shown to my room and explained how everything worked. the room was very nice with a huge bed and plenty of space, the room had a mini bar with complimentary soft drinks and bottled water included. breakfast each morning was very good, wide range of Asian and western breakfast to keep you going for the day . the hotel also served a complimentary afternoon tea at 2pm each day for resident , but unfortunately i did not have time to have this. there was a rooftop bar overlooking the city skyline, good to have a drink and enjoying the skyline view , there was also a hot tub next to the bar area. all the staff i encountered was very friendly , nice , professional and eager to help, nothing was too much trouble. so overall a good stay at the hotel, and would return in the future next time i amin vietnam …
