Stayed from May 28 to June 1, 2023. Checking in was a breeze noting my marriott bon voy membership. Room as all cozy and had a very nice view of the park. Toilet is very clean and organized. Conference rooms had good audio visual equipment and i love the free pen in particular. Way better than other hotels where weve done similar meetings. Staff are all nivmce, courteous and accommodating. Breakfast and lunch buffet menu is extensive. My only comment are the eggs. I always requested for over hard (scrambled) eggs but the chef always serve me with somewhat over easy/runny eggs. In any case, still enjoyed my meals. Excellent location as everything is within walking distance such as restaurants and shopping malls. Didn’t get the time to check out the gym and pool but both looks nice as well. Checking out was the same as checking in; Hassle free. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.…

On the way to the hotel from the airport we were scammed by white button up taxi drivers who demanded more money and locked the doors on us. By the time we arrived at the hotel we were confused and scared, and the taxi driver dropped us off across the street. Immediately, Hao Dong, the bellman, saw us arguing with the taxi driver and came to our rescue. He was able to translate for us and helped us feel safe the entire duration. When the situation escalated in the lobby, with the driver yelling at us, a security guard by the name of Hien Nguyen then came and protected us, and both of them were able to quickly resolve the issue for us. Without the help of Mr. Dong and Nguyen, it was was a very frightening and unexpected situation for us that could’ve ended badly. However, thanks to both of them we were able to safely start our trip. We are very grateful and are so glad we decided to stay at Sheraton Saigon.…

The hotel staff and amenities were superb. This was my third visit within the past 18 months and the quality of service has always been consistently outstanding. A special thank you to Khon Tu, Huy Pham, and Hao Dong who are the first point of contact at the front door. They were so helpful in recommending local places to eat and see and all with a smile and happy disposition. It was obvious that they enjoy their jobs. I’m looking forward to my next visit in Saigon and will definitely return to the Sheraton Saigon Towers.

Service and care to guests are excellent prior to arrival. Staff are generally helpful and friendly, particularly those in the Club Lounge are vert attentive. One down side is the quality of tooth brush can be improved. Definitely will come back again!

From the arrival , through stay to departure we have had nothing but being spoilt….the worlds friendliest most helpful team! Special mention of concierge Huy Pham, went extra mile with next level service all with a smile for us, nothing was a problem as he always had a solution. His guidance and help made our visit so much better. If we return to Ho Chi Minh we would not hesitate to stay here again…. The food fabulous, the hotel spotless but the people next level….exceptional !!!

Stayed a night here. Yes it is one of the very first international hotels in Saigon but the hotel had done some renovation work. The Sheraton Club was beautifully re-designed but lots of seats. Lots of options and service was very attentive. I would also like to highlight Ms. Phung, Assistant VIP & Club Service Manager did a great job on recognizing guest and provided superb service

This hotel is located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City where everything is centrally located: Our stay at the hotel was perfect because of the staff, and service. Kudos to Hao Dong who was beyond helpful. There was nothing that my family and I needed that he could not help us with. Every hotel should have a person on staff such as Hao Dong. Well I had to request wash cloths because they were not in my room. I also love the fruit in my room but surprised it wasn’t refreshed for my stay so far. There is very little storage for clothes in my room, I guess I’m used to having a larger space.
