Spending 2 days in this hotel, it was a perfect closing of our holiday in Vietnam. The staff were soooo friendly n helpful. Especially Mr. Johny Tan (pardon me if I didn't remember his name correctly...🙂) The room was nice, clean, spacious. The bed was sooo comfy. The breakfast was delicious. The location was good, in a walking distance to city. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We were at the hotel early at around 100Plus in the morning and too early for check in but the staff are very helpful and allow us to check in. Special thanks to Johnny, Candy, Gray, Tam and Joy for making our stay a memorable one. The hotel room is big, clean and nice. The breakfast spread is good. The food at Ottimo house is great and the service is excellent too.

I have worried about this hotel be cause it was not too expensive but when i arrived at the hotel it was not. Nice service and nice river view. And i got free room upgrae 😉 and they explaned so well. If i come hochimin later i will visit again

We had a wonderful stay at the Lotte Hotel. The room was beautiful very clean and the bed was very comfortable, the location was just great. We walked to many things, but public transportation and tours were also close by. They speak English very good, friendly reception staff who are willing to help. Their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. We would certainly stay there again next time we are in Ho chi Minh city. Thanks for every thing

A simply fantastic welcome from the moment we arrived. Bella, Candy, Mia and Bee were so helpful. I couldn't believe the promotion I was offered and the price they arrived at for an upgrade. I was shown to room and I couldn't have been more pleased. I don't think I've ever received a better start at any hotel from any of my journeys. Well done and thank you.

Stayed at this property during my recent business visit.- May 2023 Check-in and check-out was very smooth and efficient. Very friendly staff, Mia at the front desk was exceptional. A courier for me arrived at the reception when I was not in the property. Called and informed the staff and they even paid the charges on my request. Thank you team keep up the good work. Pool wasn’t functional due to an upgrade, otherwise can’t fault them. Thank you
