The Caravelle is a Saigon gem and why I keep returning! Whether for business or leisure it’s central location in the heart of D1 blends modern décor with a historic vibe. The staff always go the extra distance and are super friendly. The concierge staff is top notch and Ms. Trinh stands out. She was very helpful in arranging a driver last minute for travel to the Mekong Delta, later following up to make sure everything went well. She was also thoughtful in making a timely reservation for a group dinner. Her professionalism, attention to detail and friendly approach makes each guest feel welcomed. I look forward to my next visit @ Caravelle. PS- Don’t miss the Cuban Band at the Saigon-Saigon Rooftop Bar!

We booked a Daytime stay and was pleasantly surprised how comfortable the room was. Plenty of Natural light, lovely bathroom and shower facilities. King size bed was welcome and large size area and good television reception and choice of shows to watch.

Another wonderful stay at Caravelle. The service and friendliness is still the best I ever experienced in a hotel. Whether you visit the pool & spa area, Cafe Opera, breakfast area, Signature lounge, Saigon Saigon bar, reception or Concierge you always see happy smiles and they all seem to do their outmost to give the greatest service.
