(I am writing this review on behalf of my mum and wife) Had the poorest customer service from this hotel. My mum and wife booked for 5 nights in a deluxe room and she decided after two nights stay to go on a short tour and return to HCM before heading to other parts of Vietnam and China. They asked...

A hotel more in the Ho Chi Minh Chinatown area. The reason we booked ourselves in this hotel just for two nights is because it is very near to a fabric and material district so it is very convenient base venue for us. There is also a shopping center Parkson Hung Vuong Plaza nearby about 15 minutes. Receptionist was well...

Hotel location is good. Staff are very nice and courteous. Lobby is upscale. The room is outdated, old and very dirty. The safe in the room is removable. We planned to stay for 5 nights, but left after the first night. Quite expensive for the value. We moved to Phu Giai Loi Hotel, which is about couple of blocks away...

Beautiful old building. Fun to just take a look inside at the old-school Vietnamese architecture, with huge tall ceilings. But the service and the attitude make it not worth staying here. The problems with this place: 1. Maybe half of the rooms have either no window or a window facing onto a wall just a few inches away. Front desk...

The most undiscovered hotel in Cholon for people of other countries. Staff speaks English and will cater to your every wish. Mr. Phung the director is the most gracious host you will ever meet. The eighth floor rooftop restaurant is where the American generals and ambassadors ate many years ago. The nighttime view is superb. If you prefer a more...

The staff was very helpful but the facilities and rooms were old. I chose a non-smoking room but the smokers from next door had almost killed me because their cigarette smell came into my room even though the door was closed. Staff was helpful when I requested to change to another non-smoking floor and they found me a room immediately....

“Room not facing road so not so much traffic noise and ensure you book a room with a window.”

“Rooms on the right side would have no traffic noise. Rooms are well insulated against noise. Window is able to be opened allowing for fresh morning air with a cup of coffee. PEACEFUL is the biggest thing that comes to mind.”
