The room, breakfast and amenities were all second to none and a delight to utilise after long days out exploring the city and beyond. The best part of the hotel is the staff. Alagon Hotels & Spa Combined three hotels D’antique, Saigon and City with a common entertainment and recreation area on top of the buildings with a good swimming pool, garden, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, fitness, bar and beautiful views of the city, as well as a common restaurant on the lower floor. I really liked the interior design of the hotel, paintings and fresh flowers in the halls. The hotel is located in the heart of Saigon, walking distance to all the sights and entertainment places of the city with a large number of restaurants for every taste. I think that the hotel has the best location in the city of all its competitors. I especially liked that the hotel has access to two streets from different sides, which is very convenient. I spent 25 nights ( end of February and March) at the hotel and did not regret a single minute. Comfortable room and excellent breakfast. At first, though, with great reluctance, I booked a room from Sydney, I had a large selection of hotels with good reviews in the City, but it helped that I've got a good discount in the price and I decided to book a room in Alagon Hotel. Thanks to Mr. Peter Nguyen for convincing me of this. The hotel staff from the moment of meeting at the airport until my end of my stay at the hotel was very friendly and sociable, all emerging issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. I especially want to note the service manager Mr. Max, Ta Hai Huy, for his highly professional level and responsiveness, as well as Ms. Lucy and Mr. Mike and security staff/bell boys Mr. Quán and Mr. Luong, food service worker Ms. Nguyen Thi Thoan, for their friendliness. as well as the limousine driver who met me at the airport on the morning of February 26, unfortunately I do not remember his name. Many thanks to all the hotel staff for their hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel when visiting Ho Chi Minh City, you won't be disappointed. I have only wonderful memories of Saigon and made many new friends.…

Breakfast are very good for value. This hotel has gym and pool but definitely need remodeling very outdated. Bed room simple. very tiny toilet and shower room. Overall good. Front desk staffs friendly. Breakfast staffs look very tired. Lost smile

We stayed here for three nights, our fifth visit and enjoyed a comfortable and spotlessly clean room, very good facilities including a rooftop pool, hot tub and gym, great choice at breakfast and a complimentary afternoon tea, in easy walking distance of many of Saigon’s tourist attractions and at a very competitive price. Alll staff give of their best and make you feel welcome. Special mention to Lucy, who checked us in with a smile and an upgraded room with extras! A perfect choice for a break in HCMC.

Very friendly staff, comfortable room and great pool/bar. Had breakfast each morning in their restaurant which had a great selection and very good food. Great location. Shower was quite hard to use however as the shower head didn’t sit properly in its holder. Overall a nice way to start our trip in Vietnam

What a wonderful first impression of this lovely hotel. The reception staff could not be more welcoming, especially Lucy, who truly is a credit to the front of house team! My room was clean and very fresh with a bath and an incredibly comfortable need and soft pillows. Complimentary Afternoon Tea and a free 30 minute for massage ALL in the price as well as breakfast was an absolute bonus. The room service dinner much bigger than I expected and was delivered quickly to my room. My favourite place in the hotel was the lovely garden on the roof top - very calm and relaxing in the middle of Saigon with little road noise. Just lovely! The biggest compliment I can make it's the staff. Stayed here from 28th Feb till 3rd March. Booked a room for 3 adult thru Agoda, the room given was basically a twin superior room with an extra bed placed. This made entry and exit difficult since the room is not meant for 3 beds. Other than this minor issue, rest everything was fine. The midnight airport pickup arranged by hotel was really helpful since when we landed at Ho chi Minh airport at 2am, everything was closed. Getting taxi could have been an issue. However, thanks to Alagon, pickup was seamlessly arranged. Bed linens, towels etc were clean, sleep quality good. Brekfast buffet quite nice with lot of options of both continental and Vietnamese food. Loved it. Spa is nice, the rooftop pool is small but is quite ok. Reception staff very polite and helpful. Location is fantastic, within walking distance to all main attractions. So don't hesitate to book, at this price point, one the better hotels in Ho Chi Minh city.…
