Lobby is very small, inconvenience… Early morning around 7.30am we are rushing to trip, cleaner put cleaning instruments inside the elevator, only two people can out and in... 😅 We recommended it they didn't take any action! Yestersy evening we traveled back from one day trip, was told room exchanged... The staff told us: she just get informed from morning...

This hotel is near Bui Vien Street and also the Food street underground. This is really convenient. The place is nice, clean and quiet. The staffs are not very friendly. The housekeepers didn't refill shampoo or any kind of that after they cleaned the room and this made me upset. The breakfast buffet is not much and doesn't have many...

Great location. Staff ok. Holiday in Vietnam once or twice every year and stay there every time when I'm in HCM . Short walk to the night life, restaurants, park or markets and anything else you might need.

In terms of location, I'd say its good. It's near the bus stops, as well as the bus station. Also, there are many where you can eat within the area. The receptionist required us to leave our passports with them. Not sure if it's some sort of hotel policy or what but it's a bit shady for me. Especially because,...

What would you do if your employee has stolen something from your guest? I am sorry that I have to write review like this and I hope that this kind of experience won't happen to anyone else staying here, but it happened and I have to share it. Nothing big was stolen - it was a lipstick, that I placed...

The location is just great right next to the ben thanh market and in front of a food market. Price was fair and breakfast is on the 10th floor which was quite nice. Just the staff is sometimes a bit rude.

I stayed here for five nights in room 502. The hotel is situated opposite 23 September park which is an area with many budget hotels and eating places. The hotel fronts a main road opposite the park but there is access from a side lane. You access your room via the elevator from this lane which saves having to go...

In a great location of Ho Chi Minh.. only a small taxi ride to the War Museum, Ben Thanh markets, the tallest tower, the post office. Room was clean, decent size, with aircon and all of us that stayed didnt get any bed bugs. Breakfast was horrible but when in the restaurant right downstairs has a great menu for coconuts...

The hotel was in a great position. The rooms were not too noisy either. Coming from a country with far more smoking laws... the intense smell of cigarettes throughout the hallways that crept into the room was a negative for us, as well as no hot water in room 902. The hotel gives you what you pay for. The rooms...

We've been staying here for many years now (since the former "Giant Dragon" days in previous ownership). The new owner did extensive renovations and jacked the prices up a bit, but other hotel prices in the area have caught up now anyway, so it's no longer an issue. But he also outsourced the management, and lack of oversight is already...
