False advertisement. Rooms might look great on images but they are fake. Room in reality looks totally different. Booked Premium Quadruple room with sofa, minibar and executive lounge access. None of which exists in reality. Staff was also quite rude when questioned, and admitted to the above. They gave us a discount and cancelled our booking as no show, so that we can't review them negatively. We stayed there and it was not a no show! It's right at the corner of a very noisy party street. Our own fault that we didn't research the location a better. Can't recommend. Don't be fooled like us with nice images and description on the booking site. Our own pics attached to this review might not look too bad due to the camera. When experienced up close you'd notice the poor quality, dirtyness, damages, low ceiling, cheap furniture etc.…

I am fully aware that the photos in the gallery should not be used as a barometer for the current state of the hotel Even still, what a shocking difference there is between the real and reel look of my room. It is in serious need of refurbishment (the furniture, fittings, fridge) The toiletries, towels were also below par On the plus side, the A/C, shower, bedding & pillows were good The location is also the major USP. Within walking distance to many restaurants, pubs etc

Literally lasted an hour in this hotel before checking out at 2am after a long 8 hour flight. The noise was unbearable, the room was vibrating and it felt as though the club downstairs was inside our hotel room. The room was clean and the hotel was good enough to only charge us for the 1 hour we had our luggage there, however, this is not a hotel to stay in if you want to sleep!

We tried to stay at the c Central when we flew into Saigon from Melbourne. We arrived at 2am as we had a late flight, checked into the room and walked straight back out to reception to get a refund and change hotels. The room was not like the photos, smelt like cigarette smoke and quite dirty. However, the issue was the noise. It was 2.00am and music going full volume, super super loud. It was like our room was actually in the nightclub. The hotel is in a good location, but if you actually want to sleep at night, don't even think about booking here. The music was unbearably loud.

It is clean and supper affordable but you need to be ready to stay up and out. Music from Bui Vien Walking Street reaches the rooms and this goes until late. We loved how close it was and were prepared for this making it a very enjoyable stay. Good sized room, comfy bed, staff were good. No issues!

I wouldn’t stay here again .. room was not ready at 1600hrs when we arrived told to come back and when we did the room had a problem .. sure did we bought a room that was suppose to have 2 beds or a twin room but all they could offer us was a small room with one large bed . Young girl at the counter had poor English so I don’t think she understood anyway we took the room . Bed was comfortable and room clean .Aircon was brilliant so apart from the street noise we slept okay . Next morning I asked about Breakfast as it’s advertised as free and was told no breakfast and was shown the front door .. honestly they need to update their website also no Bellboy to help with the luggage . We arrived in the pouring rain .. scooters where lined up blocking the entry to the hotel had to drag bags through wet gutters and then this nice lady who worked in the massage parlour came and helped us with the bags. It’s a no thrill budget stop but you should get what you pay for. Didn’t stop us enjoying our holiday but would give this a miss next time…

Nice room and comfortable location. But all the bad service i had, i never be back and dont recommend ever. Bad guy with cigarette be receptionist when i checked in, attitude look like he had a lot of drugs, and also the man was receptionist when i checked out, he looked like gangster without smile and scared me really. Room be clean and comfortable but all smoking smell, even they confirmed that no smoking room in this hotel. They must improve all service before they lost all nice guests- or they only can get the bad guests. 1 nightmare for me.

My husband and I had a good 3 nights stay in this hotel. Very busy area, so if you don’t like a busy roads stay another hotel, but if you are happy to enjoy the night choose this amazing hotel including restaurant! The garlic restaurant is simply amazing! Taxi service excellent too! If you want a good location and good restaurant mostly recommend this hotel!

I read all the reviews and thought the noise can’t be that bad or loud, well unfortunately it really was and I had wished other people had been a little more honest. The music starts at 7:30 pm and goes until 5:30 am . The hotel is right in the heart of the popular bar area and this hotel is above one of them. Our room literally vibrated. The only way I could sleep was with a sleeping pill, ear plugs ( provided by the hotel) and the pillow over my head. Everything else about this hotel was perfect.... room was clean, hot showers,nice hotel staff , and good location to the market. There was also a wonderful massage spa next door that we went to twice. I didn’t know about their other location, maybe it is quieter. If you are planning on being out all night then this hotel is perfect, if you need sleep I would look elsewhere.…
