We stopped here for one night as we ended up staying in hcmc for an extra night and the hotel we were in was fully booked, unfortunately, for the money we paid certainly not worth it! Stayed in cheaper and had much more enjoyable stays! Firstly we were put in a room which was smaller than Harry potter's cupboard and...

This is a lovely hotel in the centre of Saigon. The restaurant is great for breakfast but not an extensive choice in the evening. However the service from all of the staff is excellent. We had a problem in the street when a man on a scooter drove on to the pavement outside a shopping mall and grabbed the gold...

Our room was very clean, spacious and updated. The view from our particular room was lacking, we saw another building, but we weren't there for the view from the room so it didn't matter. The rooftop pool and view, and sunset, are very nice. There was construction going on but we didn't hear it and it wasn't bothersome as some...

This is a good, comfortable hotel but has two issues. One is that the entrance has a steep stairway to climb to get to the front door. The other is that there is construction happening across the road and we woke at about 4am to the sound of pipes/scaffolding being dumped on the site. This is not the hotel's fault...

Really nice room. Lovely pool on the roof. The Spa was really reasonable £30 for a full body massage. Best of all though was Ms Anna Vo on the front desk. Really, really helpful, perfect English. She really helped us with our family stay in Saigon

This is a superb hotel located very close to the Opera House, City Hall, etc. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious with a wide selection of toiletries including tooth brushes, etc. Breakfast is a veritable selection of Vietnamese food as well as international foods. Tea/Coffee is brought to tables at regular intervals. There is a swimming...

Room a bit musty, small, dark, windows minimal. Spring rolls in 12 level bar served with tomato sauce, very disappointing. Front desk staff a bit terse. Could have done with an iron, frustrating. Cleaning staff so noisy, really a pain when you are trying to sleep Location good, taxis very cheap. Great lobby and level 12 bar. Mostly very pleasant...

At first we got the large family room for the 4 of us (mini suite?) - it was nice but construction works all night long were were so noisy as if we were sleeping in the site itself. They moved us to another room in which u could still hear some noise but it was better. Breakfast was nice, pool...

Overall, the Paragon Hotel was very nice, but I am only giving it three stars because of two issues: (1) It is adjacent to a MAJOR construction site, which operates all night long, and (2) the wi-fi was frustratingly inconsistent our entire visit. The room, bed, and bathroom were all decent, and the service was very friendly. Location is great...

Good all round hotel with all the main features you would need for making a comfortable stay after a long day touring. Room was big, clean, comfy bed and quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Staff attentive and always willing to assist. Recommended.
