The staff was very accommodating and very friendly. I would recommend the Paragon Saigon Hotel to everyone I talk to about my visit to Vietnam. The best part was the breakfast!!! It is the best breakfast I have ever had and it was included. Overall amazing visit and can't wait to come visit again!

On our recent trip to Ho Chi Minh city we stayed at the Paragon Saigon Hotel. A little out of the way I guess. The rooms were very small but clean. The staff was cordial and helpful. The bathrooms were very small.

This is a lovely hotel in the centre of Saigon. The restaurant is great for breakfast but not an extensive choice in the evening. However the service from all of the staff is excellent. We had a problem in the street when a man on a scooter drove on to the pavement outside a shopping mall and grabbed the gold...

Facilities are great and the staff are very helpful. We are a small tour group from Sydney Australia who have made feel very welcome. The hotel is situated not too far away from lots of restaurants and from the right position you can see the Saigon River.

For me this hotel is more of a 3 star rather than a 4. The lobby, staff and location are the only plus. Our room felt very claustrophobic, it was dated, small, minuscule closet space and the bathroom was tiny. A tall person or someone who is a bit chubby would find it very uncomfortable to shower and use the...

Visited the hotel with my girlfriend, but because all normal rooms where fully booked stayed in family room that had two huge double beds. Used second bed as an office couch and first one for sleeping.

We stayed here for two nights in early March as part of a Gate1 vacation. The location is pretty good. A two dollar cab ride gets you to most attractions nearby. The staff are quite accommodating and friendly. The rooms are small but clean. There were good restaurants close by and a little mini-mart about a 15 second walk away...
