Travelled round Vietnam for three weeks and this was probably my favourite hotel. Great value, fantastic location, clean, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed and quiet at night. Couldn't ask for more in the vibrant and beautiful Saigon.

The market is about a 20 minute walk away. I'd say it was reasonably safe although I'm a big guy so it depends who you are. I wouldn't walk it late at night though. I have heard there's loads of pick pockets in the market... More

We had the most basic (cheapest) room - a small windowless one on the top floor. There was no shower cubicle or curtain, just a shower head. It was fine, we’ve had this a lot in Asia. But I think it is worth the small amount... More
