The hotel is in Walking Street, so expect noise. Our window faced the loudest pub on the street, music thumps until 2am. The room next to us was being renovated, construction noise all day. A building is being constructed next to this hotel and yeah, right outside our window! One night they used the jack hammer until 2am! Noise day and night. No chance to retreat from the noise. We asked to change rooms, nothing available that day but they would get back to us the next day... still waiting. Wifi is intermittent, when it works its slow and subject to dropping out frequently. Room is ok, bed pushed against the wall, making it difficult to get in and out of bed. ( old duck here ) Super cold air con. Great shower. Review submitted after one week of constant noise , making for a tired and grumpy traveller.

We have stayed at thsi property several times in the past and found the accomodations to be adequate and street noise medium. Times have changed! We stayed in a VIP room which had a broken ac unit . If mobility challenged , the shower/ tub combo would be frustating and potentially difficult to use. Even though HCMC has noise ordinances for after 11 pm, our three night stay midweek were blessed with floor shaking music until 4-5 am. We were told this never happens on the first night and offered ear plugs , complimentary… clearly, earplugs should be given out to all guests. The breakfast got the job done , but not much more… Reception were friendly but powerless to resolve the above issues…

Despite bieng located on the busiest and craziest party street of the Pham Ngu Lao area, this hotel is on the quiet and much more peaceful end of the street. We really enjoyed our stay here with so many places to eat right at the doorstep and a very tasty and enjoyable breakfast for quiet mornings up on the rooftop. Much cheaper to pay at the hotel compared to online.

I have stayed many, many times over the years and always a very good experience. Staff and management are really good and professional. After covid and being closed for two years they are undergoing restoration so restaurant and rooftop bar are not open, but will be. My room has been renovated already is is excellent. I like the bigger VIP rooms and they are very fairly priced with windows and really good TV with Netflix, YouTube, 99 local channels and note. Big tub and shower. Comfortable beds as well. I highly recommend this property. Great value and super helpful and friendly staff. Jack

I booked this hotel for 2 night stay, it was my correct decision because hotel is located on prime location where you can find pharmacy, Indian restaurants, night life, money exchange, massage & beauty parlor and many more things. Rooms i booked was superior which was bit small but perfect for solo traveler, everything was available which is needed to stay like cozy bed, soft pillow, Coffee +Tea Kit and electric kettle, dressing table, refrigerator with drinks on chargeable, toilet kit, luggage keeping cupboard, slippers, on the roof top one can enjoy free complimentary breakfast every morning. Over all the furniture were excellent to watch, i also admire the front desk managers who are excellent behavior, the hotels has many variety of rooms like deluxe, VIP etc. which are more spacious, the hotel has lift facility with laundry service, shoe polishing, free Tea and banana service 24X7. I will visit with the group again on the month of may 2023 for sure.

Very friendly staff. Great location and very suitable for younger people as near nightlife that was very exciting and loud music to party and dance too. The breakfast options were a bit limited but nice. Lots of places to eat and all food was yummy.

I guess first off the fact that we had booked a hotel on one of the busiest streets in HCM was all on us! We were certainly concerned arriving on a sat night and see how close we were to beer street and how loud it is. However surprisingly maybe because we were at the end of the street the music was not an issue at all. Pros Room was a good size and there was a fridge which was great for keeping water and beers cold in. Liked the jasmine loose leaf tea available in the rooms and the beds were comfy. The staff were all.so friendly and smily all the time Cons No rooftop bar open which was not explained at check in and we thought it was open with the posters in the lift advertising happy hour times and drinks so a little gutted when we headed up there for a sunset drink to find it closed off. Even though we were relatively shielded from the street music we were not from whatever building work was going on, I assume this was the rooftop bar as the banging so soo loud. Breakfast was not the best, even though the staff were lovely, unsure why they have to serve you a glass of juice and this can't be self service, especially seeing as they seemed to wait to make a batch available and so you found yourself waiting ages for a cold drink.

The vip room is very spacious but their new policy on room keys is absolutely crazy. I was traveling with my partner but sometimes we like too go on seperate excursions. The hotel refused to provide us 2 room keys and said that we must come back together every time that we leave the hotel. Very disappointing as we stayed here before and never had this restriction placed on us and it really limited what we could enjoy in the city separately. Will not come back but if you always stick with your family or partner this hotel is warm friendly and clean. Internet is also quite fast compared to other places in the area.

STAYED AT THE HOTEL FROM 19-21 SEPTEMBER 22. Only then I realised that their rooftop restaurant/bar is closed (I think closed for renovation, didn't quite understand the explanation by the front desk officer). The rooftop bar is another reason why revisited the hotel. Although the restaurant is closed, their daily breakfast still available in a shop space next to the hotel and I have to say the loud and warm greetings and cheerful vibes has kicked start my day well. Thumbs up to the breakfast crew!!
