Stayed here for one night and found the hotel to be good value for money. Rooms are large and clean. The staff and especially Nok are very friendly and attentive. One item to be improved is the water flow. I stayed on the 3rd floor and the water coming from the shower was weak. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Staff are friendly enough when they aren't trying to sell you tours or over charge you. Free breakfast was dismal, 1 roll and 1 cheese triangle and the juice of a single orange. Room was riddled with ants, air con was poor at best and mysteriously turned off in the night and the shower was more of a dribble. And... More

I have been staying at this hotel since 2008. Very good value for the money. Extremely clean room for 3 people with breakfast, frig, A/C, hot water, cable TV, WI-FI for $20 US per night. Room #307 with balcony. Just a block from the DMZ Bar this hotel is on a quiet lane behind the noisy establishments. Mrs. Moon the... More

We initially booked this place for 1 night as a stopover from Hoi An on our way to the caves, but actually ended up staying for 3. Initially, theroom was $12 (without breakfast) booked online. The first room we stayed was on the second floor, clean - but basic but damp with a distinct smell, but it was bearable. The... More

The hotel had nice and clean room and the reception lady was friendly and chatty, she helped us with bicycle rent and bus tickets also gave some good travel advice. Good, central location in a quiet and calm alley, so no noise from the street. Good value for money. We ordered breakfast and it was delicious.

The staff here were always extremely helpful, friendly and always with a smile. The room was clean and tidy, with a faint smell of cigarette smoke, Breakfast served as part of the deal was OK, but not great, however the staff questioned this in a way that I believe they intended making improvements. Apart from the constant "you make booking... More

We loved our stay here, the staff were wonderful and one in particular kept giving us free bananas. We were upgraded to a bigger room on arrival and the room was huge with a nice balcony. The location is fine, it's relatively close to the imperial city, and is surrounded by lots of restaurants (although we shunned these and went... More

We really enjoyed our stay there! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We had a room with a balcony and a beautiful river view! Although the English knowledge of the staff is not perfect, we always found a way to communicate. The staff is very helpful and friendly....thank you very much.

PROS: - Cheap & comfortable rooms. - Service was acceptable, though patron persistently tried to set me up with her unmarried daughter. - Good location. Take a motorbike to the Citadel, it's really further away than it seems on the map. CONS: - Wifi pretty slow. - Breakfast not included.

Our party of 5 stayed here in a five bed dorm for 2 nights. The room was large, spacious and modern. The beds are very very comfortable. The room has incredible air con.
