Don't get put off by the small alleyway in which this hotel in located! Waterfall hotel is well located close to good restaurants and bars. It is about a 15 minute walk to the citadel or a short taxi drive. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in times of need. We were there during the flood waters and needed...

Had a lovely 2 night stay here. Staff are super friendly and always welcome you with a smile & a glass of water! Rooms are massive and lovely & clean. Free wifi and use of the computer downstairs. It's quite a walk to the citadel, but you can get a taxi for about 20-25,000 (about 1$). Short walk to restaurants...

Arrived at Waterland to be pleasantly surprised by how large the rooms were and of course so clean!! HUGE and quite possibly the best bathroom we've had, it had one of those big showerheads and not to mention the flat screen TV! Very large rooms for the price. There is no elevator so if you can't climb 5 sets of stairs, be sure to let them know. The rooms were quiet, beds were hard (as per everywhere in Asia) but comfortable, and the view from our room was great. The router for wifi was IN our room so we had no connectivity...

We can only recommend the Waterland Hotel in Hue. After staying for several weeks (business) it can be safely said that this hotel is a safe bet. Free wireless internet, generous and delicious breakfasts, clean rooms and attentive and friendly staff make this hotel a real treat. Its central location is a further plus. The Waterland restaurant, which is a...

Our train arrived late to Hue but there was still someone from the hotel waiting to collect us on motorbikes. The room was nice and large, though the beds were a little hard. The shower was sometimes cold too and breakfast options weren't the best. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we were offered free water each time we were...

Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly on reception, in restaurant, housekeeping staff, in fact everyone we met. Our room was delightful and extremely comfortable. the evening meal was very good and well presented. I loved mussels coked rice in here....

We spent our 3 days in Hue in this hotel and were very satisfied. The ladies taking care of the hotel were very friendly and always try to make sure we got what we want to. Always a glass of cold water offered everytime we got back from our walk and tours. All our bookings (rooms, tours, pick ups) are...
