MyMy, Kim and Trang...I will never forget the service at HueNino Hotel. I just returned from my 17 day travels in Vietnam (Hanoi to Saigon) and my favourite stop was the three (3) days in Hue and my stay at the HueNino Hotel. My room was perfect and I got everything that I expected (I'm older in age and expect...

We stayed in a superior double room which small, clean and with a comfortable bed. The stand out staying here is definitely the service. The staff are very helpful with tours, suggestions and directions. On arrival on our 1st night and then at the end of each day, we were greeted with a warm hello and a lovely drink and...

This place was great! From the moment I pulled up, the staff took care of everything for me, and did it with genuine smiles. It is a smaller, budget hotel with a very unique, artsy style to it. The room that I had was the cheapest room in the place (I booked my room with very little notice, so it...

Great hotel for our brief (one-night!) stay in Hué- we arrived at 8:30 in the morning yet were still offered breakfast upon arrival as well as early check-in to our room which after a thirteen hour overnight train ride we were extremely grateful for. Small but well-equipped room, TV, good wifi connection (as wall as computers in the lobby). Very...

The hotel is not on the main street but if they're expection you they'll have someone waiting for you at the main street. We were received by very warm people and with an amazing welcome drink. The rooms are very tidy, always super clean. We had a problem with the a/c spoke with them and that same day while we were...

Stayed here for 2 nights in early February. One of our favourite hotels during our time in Vietnam. You are greeted on arrival with fresh fruit and cold juice. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. My husband arrived with an eye infection and the staff arranged for a doctor to come out to see...

I can't imagine a better place to stay. Incredibly sweet staff, they even bring you refreshments when you get in. The rooms are great and we couldn't believe how good for the price. Such comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast. The staff is so helpful. All around, just excellent!

A much more intimate and lovely experience than your larger hotels, this place is quirky with strange "art" around the place, the rooms are small by western standards, our shower was pretty much over the toilet. But we loved our experience, the location is great and the family that run it provide friendly service and good meals. Highly recommended!

We booked 2 rooms to cater for our family of 5 (3 teenage kids). The rooms are small but comfortable and very clean. The reception/breakfast area is full of whacky artwork which you discover the more you sit and look... The most impressive thing about this hotel was the staff who were fantastic - helpful, considerate and obliging. Thanks for...

Friendly helpful staff. We enjoyed helping them improve their English and they improved our knowledge of Vietnam. The breakfast on arrival after an over night train journey was unexpected but extremely welcome, as was the cups of coffee or tea, with cake or fruit every time we returned to the hotel. Taxis, bike, what ever was required was quickly organised....
