I stayed there with my friend during my last travel in Vietnam. I cannot believe it is the same place other people describe as beautiful.. We found filthy rooms, a terribly bad smell and a really poor breakfast... It was really disappointing to sleep in such an unhealthy place, I really cannot imagine what happened to turn those wonderful places...

I have been here for two nights. It is one of the worst place I have ever been in Vietnam. When we arrived the room reeked beacuse the host sprays the veom for mosquito. The room was without windows and the bathroom not really clean. In our room was impossible to take a shower without foolding the entire bathroom. Furthermore,...

As a family travelling often there are some very confined rooms that need to be shared. It was certainly not the case here. We had a great room on the 1st floor, overlooking the pool, with two large beds and two bathrooms, and a sitting area in the middle. It was very spacious and by Asian standards the beds were...

Stayed one night in the Jade hotel (up the road...) and would have stayed another except it was fully booked... So on the advice of the Jade helpers, we popped down the road to the Hong Thien Hotel 1 (not to be confused with HT2 and HT3!) The Hong Thien, located down a small alley way was great. Allowed us...

This is a great place tucked up an alley in an area full of restaurants and bars. It's a bit rough round the edges but the rooms are comfortable and the staff are fantastic and full of tips on tours, travel and where to eat to avoid the tourist traps. The little pool is perfect for a cool down. Excellent...

Travelling with a 10 and 14 year old the pool at this hotel was a great asset after sight seeing in a a very hot Hue!. The room had 3 double beds which meant space for all. Computer and obligatory WiFii has been useful. Staff are very firendly and able to organise trips, laundry and train tickets and money exchange....

Our room- on the 1st floor was not ready since we arrived at twelve, so they showed us another room, where the door was kept open. It smelled really bad. The bed had no covermatress, we should have asked for this, cause other rooms had. The next day, we asked if we could have another room, we got 404, which...

Writing this in the hotel lobby as we've check out after Staying for just 1 night due to travel schedule, our train is at 9pm but they're keeping our bags safe and letting us still use all the facilities of the hotel- which is so nice of them! They also booked our train tickets for a fee of $3, which...

A budget hotel and good value for money. I only stayed here for one night but was not leaving Hue until the following evening. I booked an excellent cheap-priced day tour through reception and they looked after my luggage for me until my return and then offered full bathroom facilities even though I had already checked out. Breakfast was good...

My girlfriend and I had booked this hotel for two nights. We only stayed one night because we couldn't stay any longer. Our taxi driver dropped us off at the top of an alley way and pointed down. As we walked down the alley way we were approached by a local on a moped offering us drugs. We got down...
