This was our first family visit to Hue. We met up with another family here and this was their first time too. They recommended that we stay here too! Our arrival on Friday was such a good impression of Hue. The hostess or concierge, Ngoc-Nguyen, was extremely friendly and helpful. She greeted us and opened the door for us. The...

Tony at the Gold Hotel in Hue is thoroughly recommended for a therapeutic Thai massage. It was just right in terms of strength and relaxation...fantastic and very much recommended. Having had a number of massages traveling by bike from Hanoi down to HMC, I would definitely visit this place again

There are better alternatives believe me. Its not worthy because: -far away from the places of interest -the sheets were dirty (god knows of what) -the services are expensive and horrible. -the breakfast is from 6:30 to 9 am. -dont even think of changing money at the hotel. The exchange rates are crazy. AND... The spa is the worst ever....

A very lush hotel, with helpful English-speaking staff. The breakfast room is huge and the buffet impressive.I had an enjoyable time and had no complaints about anything. I would recommend to anyone in Hue.

We stayed for 2 nights. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Ngoc Nguyen who spoke excellent english. The vegetarian restaurant was very nice and En had very good customer service. The hotel massage (Vietnamese massage) was one of the best massages i have had ever.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. Nice spacious room (family room, double bathroom). Great breakfast. Good and affordable room service. Very child friendly. Special thanks to Mrs Ngoc-Nguyen, who worked tirelessly to make our stay a very pleasant one.

The hotel is clean and the back side rooms are clean and quite large. I want to thank Ngoc Nguyen, she has excellent English and was able to talk to me about the hotel, Hue and Vietnam. An excellent ambassador.

The room is nice except for the hard beds. The service is good. Staff is smiling and answer to requests. The breakfast is pretty good and the fried noodles 🍝 is amazingly delicious! It's a hotel I will recommend if you are here for a visit.

The rooms were extremely clean and the location was great, about 10 mins to the imperial city. The staff were great too! Friendly and always ready to offer assistance! Worth mentioning is Thang, the bellboy. He offered to loan umbrellas to us when it rained! Definitely recommended! 😀😀😀

We disappointed with bad conditions of rooms (Hot water is not enough because it takes time to boil water. My kids took a shower with cold water because we didn't know it) We came to know there were 2 buildings with different conditions. We compliant our room and moved to the new building with extra charge for deluxe rooms. After...
