This hotel was well located for the beach, restaurants and shops. It was clean, well decorated, had wifi and a laundry service. Staff were lovely. Make sure you visit the Lanterns Resturant for food - yummy!

Below average hotel with poor WiFi access and sockets which did not work. Elevator extremely slow generally poor experience. No shower curtain in bathroom not any hot water. Would not stay again and greatly reduced the quality of my Nha Trang experience

We stayed here as part of G Adventures group and it was shocking, no hot water and not just our room all 12 of us had no hot water, when asked hotel staff we was told they would fix it within an hour that never happened we all had freezing cold showers, breakfast was horrific we could not actually eat...

Water was dripping through our bathroom ceiling and we had a complete electrical fault, sparks flying etc. eventually the lightbulb died and a member of staff came to the room, flicked the switch and said he would come to fix the light at 7 am, when we were leaving the following day. The staff clearly did not care about the...

The fibreglass bathtub was split in two. Water drains away to who knows where through the crack. We had to stand on the very edges and feared putting our feet through broken fibreglass. 14" hair in the bathtub. Don't know who's it is, but we have short hair. Got another room. Temperature down does not work on the remote. Kind...

Be warned that the hotel has a dampness issue, mainly because the plumbing and bathroom design is terrible and there doesn't seem to be water proofing in the bathrooms so the water leaks into the floors below. We didn't have any problems with our room but we heard other complaining; I wont base this review on their experience, only my...

Don't know about all of these bad reviews, but we loved our stay at Saigon Hotel! There was three of us travelling together, but they only had the penthouse which was meant for six people.. so they gave it to us for no extra charge!! The view from the top was great, the room was spotless, and the women at...

Stayed here as part of the Geckos tour! Shocking hotel. Great location, but had locals that stayed and made loud noises all throughout the night, espically at 4am - 7am in the morning. Complained to reception and nothing was done about! Would not come back again!!

The best thing about this place is its location which is very easy to find a local restaurant and 15 mins " xichlo" to the beach. Even this time was a good stay but their still more room for the hotel allotment. In term of service and people, hotel staff need to improve their English skill and clearly sign in...

Stayed here as part of a Gecko's tour and found the hotel to be the worst of the ones we have stayed in with Gecko's throughout Asia, even the basic guest houses in Laos knew how to give better service. There is no complimentary water, the rooms are dated and have ridiculously small windows and the beds are crammed in...
