Stayed for 3 nights and our room is cleaned daily. The staff is helpful. We experienced our credit card been denied for payment but they hotel staff is kind enough to send us to Maybank to withdraw our money. Wifi is only good at reception area.

The point is if you stay for visiting Brunei and NOT spending time with hotel amenities for a long period and really get to know the locals, then this is the place! The staff goes beyond my expectation for hospitality to say the least! Although I relocated 3 times in diff. room due to some mal-function issues, I have the...

I stayed at Hotel Palm Garden over a week. This was a company paid trip hence not sure of the price of the room and all. Hotel is a bit far from the city I believe. But they have a shuttle service which you can use to travel to places you'd like. Not very sure of the shuttle service time....

I wanted to see the sights of Bandar and got a good deal on the Palm Garden Hotel. The hotel is well maintained and the staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast at the "Energy Cafe" next door was delicious. The only catch is that Brunei is a country of car owners and non-drinkers, so public transport and taxis are few...

I stayed two nights here when visiting Brunei for tourism. I was picked up at the airport and dropped off there by a really helpful and chatty driver and the rest of the staff was also nice. The hotel is worn but clean enough and I did have a good time there. Location seems far from everything halfway between the...

Hotel rooms were a little older but good and very large. Shopping center a 5 min walk away with a lot of options. Need a taxi to get into town, and no shuttle to the town from the hotel. Beautiful green surroundings.

Wonderful hotel. It seemed a bit far from town but was really in an upscale residential area, close to town. The bus #20 goes to the front door from the bus terminal in Bandar. The hotel will pick up at the airport and also drop off there. We wanted to go to the nearby "big mosque" and they took us...
