The six of us stayed one night at the Palm garden, the atmosphere was pretty good, what a shame when we were there the water was in trouble. the restaurant is located right next to the pool. We have a healthy breakfast and free shuttle pick up at the airport..

The staff at Palm Garden Hotel are very friendly, sweet and helpful. The first night of my stay I needed to find a ATM and one of the staff members drew out a very good map for me to get there and he explained to me in great detail, making sure I understood before I set out, which was a...

Used to be good. Now its just ordinary. However for $25 a night i guess it could be worse. No breakfast available. Checked into our room and use the bathroom only to find the toilet doesn't work. So Mr Somchai (not his real name btw) moved us to another room. Checked into our 2nd room and at least the toilet...

I stayed here in March 2017 just for one night and it was just the job. No frills. The one thing that let the hotel down was the restaurant which was actually next door and is a health food restaurant. Not brilliant and slow service and the cook and head waiter looked as though they just didn't care less. The...

The staff goes beyond my expectation for hospitality to say the least! Although I relocated 3 times in diff. room due to some mal-function issues, I have the...

I stayed at Hotel Palm Garden over a week. This was a company paid trip hence not sure of the price of the room and all. Hotel is a bit far from the city I believe. But they have a shuttle service which you can use to travel to places you'd like. Not very sure of the shuttle service time....

I wanted to see the sights of Bandar and got a good deal on the Palm Garden Hotel. The hotel is well maintained and the staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast at the "Energy Cafe" next door was delicious. The only catch is that Brunei is a country of car owners and non-drinkers, so public transport and taxis are few...
