We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The hotel is clean and most importantly the staff are friendly, nice, and very helpful. We had no trouble going around the city because the hotel provided an efficient shuttle service. We liked our room but the extra bed is not that comfortable. Only downside is that the breakfast may not be...

The hotel is located in the corner of no way accept for a big gym that comes with lots of noise where eateries is 700 meter to 1 km where the roads are badly lighted. Limited parking space for cars as the parking lot is taken over by the gym goer. We have a car and need to wait for...

The staff were helpful & friendly. The hotel is in need of a refurb and I don't know how anyone can give it 5 stars. The fabric on the bedhead was stained and looked terrible. There was electrical wiring to the light stands that had tape wrapped around it to cover the joins in the cable which is dangerous and...

There isn't much hotel options in Brunei. As I am having only a 3D2N trip, I do not want to spent a lot on the hotel. This hotel definitely give you what you need for a short stay, it is neat, clean and the staff are very friendly. One thing to note is that the mattress is rather old (I...

Isolated location in a quiet neighbourhood but having said that, I was awakened each night around 2 am by knocking sound and the noise of furniture being dragged on the floor in the room above mine. I phoned the Receptionist about it but the problem continued. I tried to go upstairs myself but the elevator could not take me to...

Been here last week or so and quite surprised that the rate was much higher than a better standard hotel. 1st thing, this hotel is quite isolated. Located behind mega mall and commercial area. Perhaps to those looking for a perfect fitness centre, then this would be the perfect spot. It is owned by the same owner I was told....

First visit to Brunei, the Palm Garden Hotel came highly recommended. Rooms were comfortable, service was excellent. But the wifi was incredibly slow if at all functional. Driving distance to most attractions and close to the night market.

A pretty nice hotel, nice staff and great pool and gym! (Though I don't recommend paying that much for having the breakfast included cause it wasn't that much food actually) About 25 min walk to the mosque and city center.

This is my honest opinion, as it a few kms away from the city, there is a free shuttle bus with no schedule times, which made it difficult. Customer service struggled to answer simple Q's as a first time in this country. The twin share room was amazing huge and nice bathroom. The gym was free and next door to...

Although the room is quite small, it was still value for money based on the price that we've paid. Major good thing about Palm Garden is they provide free transport from and to Airport and attractive places around Bandar Seri Begawan, which is highly convenient with the lack of taxi around Bandar Seri Begawan.
