Read some of the negative reviews on here shortly before we arrived and wondered whether we had done the right thing. Glad to say we did - had a great stay here. Hotel is located next to the river, so great views if you book a river view room. Although this is overlooking a very busy road, you don't get...

Hello Readers, I will recommend this hotel for these reasons: 1) Good location. When you are in Phnom Penh for a short trip, is best o stay at the river area where all the bars and restauranrs are around. 2) Simple + Chic Room 3) Nice bath rooms with Rain Shower. However if you are planning to stay in this...

A great place to stay at - modern hotel, great facilities. I opted for the suite - with balcony and great view over the river. Whilst the room was more than I usually pay, Excellent location, great breakfast and a very spacious room. The staff were very friendly and friends were welcomed at the hotel without any hassle. Rooftop bar...

After checking out a few places on the river I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered this one had an elevator unlike some others. The hotel lobby is very impressive with its white walls and soft coloured lighting, unlike anything else on the river front. Check in to the hotel was smooth and barely took any time. I selected a...

As soon as you step in off the street you enter a place of calm.....good jazz music played in the lobby restaurant/bar. We were welcomed to our room by courteous and attentive staff. We had questions on our trip to Cambodia and the staff got us the answers in a smiling manner. Rooms were fantastic. We stayed a few days...

How happy were we when we found the Quay. An Oasis of calm and charm in hot dusty but exciting Phnom Penh. Our first night was in the standard room. We we prepared for no windows, but what a cool room and great for the price. Natural light was ample. The Suites are something else. Think London, Sydney, New York....

No windows in room, blood stains in various places, and yellow smearing stains all over the inside of the closet. It also smelt very strongly of damp/mould. We were so disgusted that we didn't stay more than 10mins. Manager has refused to respond on the very poor standard and supporting photographs. Absolutely the worst hotel we have seen in a...

This hotel should be great. It has a fantastic location, tastefully decorated and superb rooms,(we stayed in one of the penthouses). However, the service was truly awful. Phones went unanswered, instructions simply misunderstood, had to carry our own luggage (whilst the employees crowded around a laptop). We were given wrong advise (it was the Kings funeral week) about when and...

When I arrived (hard to find the hotel as no sign that says hotel; you must enter thru a restaurant) at this hotel opposite the Ton le sap river and a block from the Royal Palace, I was told that I was in a room with no windows; half of the rooms are that way. When I was offered a...
