The hotel is a nice tourist stop hotel. The view of the river is beautiful from the room and at breakfast. The bed was hard, but not unbearable. The breakfast nice. We really enjoyed the croissants, along with the selection of fruit and veges available.

Having stayed here last year and received amazing service decided to stay again. Right from the start it was very different and have to wonder if the hotel has been sold to other owners. The receptionist had very little English and was almost bewildered in trying to find our booking. Took another staff member to find it. We had no...

The location of Ohana is at a good location which is just next to Mekong River and many local and western theme restaurants around the area. Staffs are polite. Room is dated but very clean and spacious. Every morning, had my breakfast at 7th floor which has a fantastic view of the river and sunrise. The only downside is the...

The location is great as it is close to everything. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool and sauna on the ground floor are great to relax in after a day of wandering. The breakfast is decent. But by far the best aspect of the hotel is the twin (one hot and one cold) spa's they have on the...

Location of the hotel is great. But it really was just OK.. It was not anything special or nice. It is really just a place to crash before you go off elsewhere. The rooms are dated. Clean but dated. The bed was not really comfortable but honestly the hotel served the purpose.....a crash pad before heading off on an adventure...

Stayed here for one night as part of a Gate 1 Tour. In terms of location, the hotel is situated in a busy and popular part of town. The covered outdoor market on the left as you exit the lobby is VERY LOCAL. It was teeming with activity on a Sunday and you may have to hold your breath if...

First, the staff at the Ohana was fantastic, but the hotel is not up to even a 3 star standard. I stayed here only one night as part of a tour; however, it was the first night of our tour, and I worried that based on this hotel that I had made a big mistake booking this tour. The location...

As a regular visitor to Phnon Penh I usually stay at another nearby hotel but spent 5 night here in November on the recommendation of friends who regularly stay here and I was not disappointed. The location is fabulous - just meters from the riverside, next to the Kandal market and slap bang in the middle of the eating and...

Lobby staffs are nice, I like the bellhop guy with the big smile and thing. Lights out after mid-night! Scared the h*ll out of me, thought that I was grounded on the street through the night for being late like a boarding school, lol. Room is undisturbed, shower is okay, except of bloody-like drain on towel that I feel terrible,...

Stayed here just the one night but coincided with the annual 3 day Water festival. Welcoming staff, very spacious room and air - con that if uncontrolled could give you a chill. Small pool with two plunge pools on the roof. Breakfast was a little disappointing. We had been for an early morning walk to the central market and by...
