The place is centrally located but it is also at the heart of a long line of "night bars", which made us (as a couple) quite uncomfortable. Not the hotel's fault but it was definitely a not so pleasant surprise. Upon arrival the staff didn't have our reservation, despite having sent a confirmation email. They accommodated us in a room...

After looking for a reasonable price vs accomodations guesthouse downtown we were lucky to find this place. Though our room had no windows the place was clean and well cared of. Staff however is the best feature of this place: very kind and attentive the manager, in particular, saved my day by asking me to put sleeves instead of caring...

We booked one night here but ended up staying for 4 - Seng, the owner, really made us feel like one of the family by the time that we had left which was a welcome break after a few months around Asia. He helped us book tours around Phnom Penh, gave advice about tuk tuks l, the best places to...

I spent 4 days at that guesthouse last week: The rooms were clean, well-prepared, the staff always ready to help and very polite. Very good quality/price ratio (my room was 15$/night) Also, if you want to tour Cambodia or need a visa for one of the neighboring countries, Saeng, the owner, knows a lot of people and tricks that will...

We were warmly welcomed by the owner of the guestgouse. He did everything he could to make us feel at home (arrange tukruk to sights, ook bustickets...). And it was no problem thst we spontaneously stayed one night longer. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the shower good. It is located near the boulevard next...

We stayed one night at Europe Ghuesthouse. It is well located & you are getting what you pay for (price varies based on what you want in your room: ex +3$ for air conditioning ect). The owner Mr Seng is a Lovely person who speaks many languages such as German, French, Chinese, and English. He gave us many tips (where...

Our stay at the Europe Guest House was 'OK'. In all honesty the owner, Mr Seng was what made our stay. He and his family are more than friendly, very knowledgeable and would bent over backwards to help with everything and anything. That being said, we did feel mislead by all the positive reviews on here. The rooms are basic...
