My nephew and I stayed here in January 2012. The location could not be better right by the river and a block away from a busy street market. The rooms were basic, clean with good showers. There are better double rooms facing the front with balcony looking over the river. Breakfast was good, though go for bacon rather than sausage...

Hot shower was a problem -shouldn't have been for that price. The lock on the door was broken, there were used condom wraps on the drawer -probably they are still there and will be forever unless a guest threws them away. Location is great. Breakfast is great. There are better options in phnom phen.

After a disappointing previous hotel/ guesthouse i was pleasantly surprised by Paddy Rice. Great balcony, small room but served its need. Staff were great and always willing to help although they can get caught up and service can be slow. They need to pre guess drink orders and be suggestive selling rather than wait till drinks are dry.I tried as...

A room with a balcony is great. Noise didn't bother me either. Hot water just a bit slow so try not to be in a rush for the airport. Definitely clean and safe.

Stayed here for 3 nights and was some what disappointed when we arrived, the photos on the internet do not reflect what the rooms are really like, they have very old furniture and are very small, i booked a standard room and it was about 15 sq meters, only had a small window, i paid $45 , and have stayed...

I've traveled here four times in the past year and other than relying on an Irish name, it's in name only. I'm Irish decent and take pride in the nature of an Irish welcome in bars around the world. Yes, they have wifi, clean, food is okay, but hospitality and the 'Irish' feel is not there other than having a...

I paid USD54 for the deluxe room with balcony. Very poor value. Curtains would not close and had not being fixed properly to the rail. The room was not very clean and there was a slight smell in the bathroom. For this price the room furniture was poor - comfortable chair and an old broken wardrobe. On the upside the location is...

Very comfortable experience here and right smack dab on the river. Lovely staff and very attentive management. Wi-fi and flat screen tv in every room just terrific! In Phnom Penh, for me it's the best place to stay.

If you want a clean and decently equipped room in Phnom Penh, particularly near the river, Paddy Rice works. It's not a luxurious spa-retreat but it's not bottom-of-the barrel, either. I often do dirt bike riding in Cambodia and between trips I want to have a decent room in Phnom Penh. Paddy Rice will be my go-to place from now...

We booked the Deluxe Room with Balcony and we got such an amazing view of Tonle Sap. The room is very comfy, clean with good bed. Our unit is exactly at the corner on top of the restaurant (they call it 2nd floor though it is actually the 1st floor from the ground). Eventhough there are always people at the...
