We only stayed here for one night before getting bus to Sihanoukville but it is a good and decent budget hotel in Phnompenh. Room price can be cheaper if you don't need AC and stick with fan, which was okay for us. There is a small balcony even for cheapest room option so the room was quite airy though there...

This is a good value budget hotel in Phnom Penh. The location is okay, a tuk tuk ride away from the city centre and the river front but within walking distance of the Tuol Sleung museum. The room itself was nice and clean, with a TV. The shower had hot running water. The room we booked didn't have air con...

My friend and I stayed in a double room with 2 single beds while we were in Phnom Penh. It was a quiet area and our room was pretty big, if abit old. Although my friend complain of bed bugs in his bed, I didn’t see any on mine. The Chinese-looking guy at the reception, whose name escapes me, spoke...

My friend and I came here and it was disappointing as soon as we walked through the door. For starters there was a used condom in the trash can, our sheets were filthy with black stains, and there were bugs on the sheets. The blankets were about half the size they should have been and there was no lock and...

The location of this hotel is a bit outside the main tourist points which has advantage and limitations. The rooms are very confortable also i was surprised to be awake by a rooster right in the middle of such big city

There's nothing going on at night within walking distance except for kirirom ktv on the corner, but ktvs are not cheap. They have a thin sheet for a blanket, not a real comforter. They have bicycles for rent for 1USD. I stayed in a double room, but it felt a bit small. I only stayed for one night mainly because...

The staff were really friendly, they helped us book our bus to Kampot. The location isn't great, but you can get a cheap tuk tuk to most tourist areas/spots. The rooms are fairly clean, could be cleaner. We both slept well, the room was nice and cool thanks to the air con. We would stay here again.

Spent 3 nights with my boyfriend. The basics are covered, but location and services were not great. Overall our stay was fine, but we would stay somewhere else if visiting Phnom Penh again. Room/Sleep Quality: Fairly clean, good hot water, linens and towels provided. Internet ok in room. If all you need is a bed and bathroom, this place is...

The hotel is well located and looks really nice. The staff is friendly and helps you organizing your stay in Phnom Penh (trips in and around the city, tuk-tuk drivers, bus tickets to your next destination...). Our double room was tiny but we had everything we needed in it. However, I'm sure that the floor wasn't cleaned before we moved...
