Stayed here in June with friends and it was great for us. Good value for money and the pool was awesome to cool down. Didnt love Phnom Penh but thats not the hostels fault. The food here is tasty and not too expensive

All dorm beds are single occupancy, although you can double up in a pod bed as they have 140cm mattresses.
