Quite stylish & modern looking hotel. Rooftop pool was some relaxation for me after a long tired journey. Rooms are average quality (the rooms that me & my friends stayed).Location is also OK. Just in front of the hotel itself is a 'TUK TUK' stand, which came in like a major headache. The usual 'TUK TUK' harassment saga continues here...

The location of Number 9 makes up for the small rooms. Staying here allows you to walk to the Royal Palace and National Museum via the Riverside Walk, provided you make it past the tuk-tuk drivers waiting outside. Independence Monument and the Friendship Monument are also both a short walk from the hotel. The pool was closed during our three...

Lovely little hotel and great bar/restaurant. The food is very reasonably priced and the menu is huge. It has both western and Khmer food, and all of great quality. Also the bar has a massive range of drinks as you can see in the photo that I have attached.

Enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff that speak great English, excellent night bartender with an extensive cocktail list and two for 1 happy hour 4-8pm! Poolside drinks, too. Great location, walking distance to the riverfront. Great food in house and on a street with good restaurants all around. Also worth a mention is the SUPER FAST WIFI that I'm using to...

The Number 9 Hotel is a charming accommodation in walking distance of the palace and riverside promenade of Phnom Penh. All rooms, including the cheapest ones at $16, have access to the little rooftop pool, which is a great place to drink draft beer and cool off after a day of exploring the city. WiFi can be spotty and bathrooms...

This hotel was easily the best of my long trip in Asia...I budgeted less than $30 per night for all hotels. The manager, Sam was a great guy who helped make sure I saw what I wanted to see and gave sound advice on the local area. Happy hour cocktails were spot on too ;) Highly recommend.

Stayed here for two nights. Good value for money, but could be cleaner (e.g. the pool and the room). Good location and staff was nice ! Restaurant food was ok. It was nice that you could order drinks and food to the pool floor.

Nice clean guesthouse in good location. Asked daily if we wanted our room cleaned, fresh towels etc. Good A/C. 5 minute walk from the royal palace. Staff are very helpful & allowed us to check in early. Plenty of tuk tuks available outside. Food is really good, we had lunch (club sandwich & chicken burger) both delicious with excellent service.
