I really don't have many positive things to say about this place. Very very noisy from building sites, the room not very clean. The day time staff pushy to sell us tours. The breakfast we got nothing we asked for, the cleaners cooking the breakfast. The water boiler didn't produce much hot water, mostly cold water.

We were only here 1 night and left very early next morning. Very quiet street but the entrance opens to a small garden area which could do with a bit more care and attention. As with several other reviews we were upgraded to a ground floor suite. Very nice but again lacked a little in care. One electric plug had...

We stayed here for 3 nights. When we arrived, we found the entrance/lobby/terrace area really quiet, in a sort of creepy way, not in a serene and peaceful way. The day-time staff guy was helpful, but also kind of pushy to sell the other property in siem reap and their bus company to get there. But he obliged all of...

Had a great room, clean and spatious with an outside balcony area. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was appetizing and delivered promptly. Also tried some of the other food from time to time, which was tasty and reasonably priced. The hotel is in a quiet location, but still reasonably close by tuk tuk to all...

I enjoyed my week-long business stay. I arrived to find a clean and organized suite, an adequately stocked non alcoholic mini bar and snacks, a room safe and a decent closet with just enough hangers. The rooms and bathroom were cleaned daily. The staff is friendly, helpful and non intrusive. I found the breakfasts and meals reasonable, tasty, easy to...

My wife and I chose to stay here because the hotel seemed to have a certain 'yester-year' charm that we were keen to experience. The hotel lived up to our expectations and even exceeded them in many ways. The room was extremely spacious and the high ceilings give the appearance of even more space. The hotel has a hotel manager...

We booked a regular room and it was nice until the AC started to spew water because we had turned it down too low. On notifying the staff, we were easily upgraded to their studio room for the remainder of our stay. The room is absolutely beautiful and the balcony area is huge. Breakfast is cooked in front of you...

Breakfast was really good! Sometimes a bit too full after, Ha. Manager was very helpful but also a little pushy to sell his other hotel in Siem Reap and bus also. I think it was a mixture of wanting to help and to sell. There is no pool but you can go to their other hotel by the museum and...
