The view at the Mekong restaurant is amazing. But the guest rooms are really old and smell moldy. The elevators are extremely slow and old. The beds are too soft for us, not very comfy and the air con temperature can't be adjusted. Location is ok, 15 min walk to the royal palace and the restaurants area.

From the street this Hotel has that good old 'wow factor', you then walk up into the lobby where the experience continues, a friendly warm welcome on check in was genuinely delivered. We got into the lift and went to the third floor, the lift doors open, and the experience changes. Common areas are tired, carpet joins are separating and...

This hotel is comfortable: it has quite big rooms which contain all what you need. It has a big swimming pool. The breakfast offers a lot of choice. The little bakery at the lobby serves a few excellent salads and very good coffee. Eating dinner at the hotel is a bit of a sombre affair as there is nearly nobody...

We stayed on the Mekong Club floor and really enjoyed it. Free wine and appetizers every night, and breakfast in a small, intimate dining room. Most mornings we were the only people in the Club dining room and had our own private waiter! The rooms were large and bright with great river views. There is no separate shower, which I...

Overall it's a good value for the money . Heath club above average along with pool and the view but if you need Internet for business I would choose a different hotel. Breakfast has a good selection and staff is attentive .

At the end of a long and challenging business trip, I wanted to treat myself to a nice hotel experience. Hotel Cambodiana was not that. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, making it a difficult experience (from trying to leave my bag after check out to charging a coffee to my room, nothing was straightforward). The rooms are old but...

For the rate paid we enjoyed our stay at this hotel in December last year. Check in was painless and the staff were very friendly with good English skills. We were shown to our room on the fourth floor facing the Mekong - great views! Regarding the rooms the other reviews have said it all - this was a nice...

Stayed 6 nights while running a conference at this hotel. On arrival expectations were high as the entrance/lobby area is smart and well kept however the accommodation floors are not quite so grand. My room on floor 4 was ok.... spacious and clean with desk, easy chair, well stocked mini-bar and safe. There was no iron/board but one was delivered...
