This family of four enjoyed our stayed at the Pillar Hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and the complementary breakfast was lovely (eggs on toast 👍🏻). It's also in a good location. Good value for money. Like most of the budget accommodations we have been staying at throughout Asia, the room was dated, but the bottom line is, the shower...

I travelled to Phnom Penh several times in the past and lived in Hotel Casa and Lance Court. This pillar hotel was the worst I have ever had because of the following points: 1/ I was given a room next to the corridor and everyone passing by my room could see me through the glasses. Curtain was available but you...

I have stayed here many times over the last couple years and it is usually a good place to stay. The $40 rooms comes with a nice view of the river, airport transfers, free breakfast ,and a daily massage. Rooms are modern and clean. Staff very friendly. Close to all the bars and restaurants. On 1 of my visits i...

Yesterday I stayed in The Pillar as my previous hotel couldn't host me for another night anymore. I choose this hotel for the convenient location as it was in walking distance to my bus early the next morning. The staff is very friendly and the room is spacious and very clean. It has tv, a stocked fridge and an en-suite...

Didnt realise it changed owners. Was looking forward to its breakfast there. To my dissappointment it was a failure. "Expedia.com.au"stuffed up my booking! After it guaranteed my paid booking and no need to contact them to confirmed paid booking. On arrival they had one room paid for according to expedia.com.au.Still waiting for its response. This is not for familys and...

I just spent one very scary night at this terrible hotel. Me and my friend stayed here one night and heard horrible screams coming from the upper floor all night. The rooms have corridor windows as doors which could easily be unlocked. My friend was shaking all night scared to death. We also had big leakeage in the sink (but...

We stayed one night in the delux room which was spotless and well presented. It had an incredible view over the river. Staff were excellent and had plenty of advice and recommendations. Easy to organise onward travel. Nice bar downstairs with good breakfast. Overall a great stay and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
