Stayed in the penthouse room for three nights. One of the best rooms we stayed in on our month long SEA trip. Great view of the independence monument. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They organised many tuktuks and activities for us. Try the angkor sunset cocktail! Delicious! The rooftop terrace is a great place to relax after a... More

I had an extended stay of around 6 weeks at the One up Banana Hotel while I looked for an apartment to move into. The staff were amazingly friendly, and became like family over the course of my stay. They couldn't do enough for me and were always helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the location, right in the heart... More

Great hotel! Staff were amazing went above and beyond to do everything to make us feel welcome and ensure we enjoyed our stay!! The hotel also had their own tuk tuk which made sure we knew the prices to get to different places. They organised all our tours and booked our bus to Sihanoukville.

Stayed here for two nights. Hotel is in a good location up a small side street so was very quiet. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the room was clean and comfortable. We didnt eat here but found plenty of decent restaurants nearby. Overall a very pleasant stay!

We stayed at One Up Banana Hotel in August and had such a wonderful stay. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. Our room was very clean, cosy and had cute touches. I would highly recommend the hotel to anybody wanting a little bit of luxury. It is situated in the 'flashpacker area' but close to many attractions by Tuk... More

This is my favourite boutique hotel, which I had stayed a couple of times, whenever I was in Phnom Penh. The room rates are worth the value. The Manager Rith, together with his team, treated the guests like family. Great staff and Great service!!

The rooms were lovely and so spacious. There was free tea and coffee in the rooms as well as a minibar. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was good - around a 15 min walk to the palace and lots of restaurants within a few mins walk. They have various bus options to Siem Reap from $10... More

Tucked down a tiny alleyway in Phnom Penh, this place is much bigger than it looks! Nice spacious rooms with ensuite bathrooms that suited the four of us (2 adults and 2 kids 10&12) really well. Comfortable beds and nice and clean. We were collected from the bus station which was nice as its a very busy large city. Seemed... More

Travelling as a couple, we were keen to have a more Cambodian experience and wanted to stay in a boutique hotel, rather than a more western experience in a big hotel. Super welcoming staff who helped us with our every request including transport from the airport, daily tuktuks, a day trip to the S21 etc. Room was spotless, good A/C. No complaints. Would wholly recommend to someone travelling where money is a small concern.
