Hi, Sorry did not see your question, but you seem to think this is my hotel. It is not. Sorry you have to direct questions to them. Cheers

I checked in Frangipali yesterday and just before bed time (I was in bed working) I saw an insect crawled on the bed sheet. When I tried to clear it from the bed I accidentally killed it and saw a blood stain on the sheet. So I looked up the internet for bed bug. Sure this is the first time I saw a bed bug in my life. It was too late and I was too tired to ask for a room change so I decided to lift up the mattress and tried to find other bugs. Could not find any more bug so told myself maybe it was just a one off. Went to sleep and got up in the morning, horrified to kill another one full of blood :-( and felt so itchy on my arm. Sure enough there are so many bites! I notified the receptionist and asked for a room change when I come back in the evening. I also asked him if the hotel has some kind of first aid that I could put on those bites and was directed to the nearby pharmacy. I can't change hotel because it was booked for my whole trip by the company. But I am so afraid of getting more bed bug bites the next three nights. What can I do now?
