I booked a room at Riverwalk via Booking.com which gave it above average rating. It was the best room, #555 for $25, with a nice size balcony looking out at the river. But the place is filthy, wall, floor, windows and even the balcony. I'd have walked out when I went to my room and passed a room with the... More

We found the entrance, same as other reviews, up a step spiral after an alley. We had suitcases so it was tricky. We were given a large room overlooking the next street which the woman tried to tell us was an upgrade. I think she wanted more money but we played dumb and ignored her. One star for location, one... We booked this last minute as we had checked out of our previous hotel and just wanted somewhere to shower and maybe have a quick nap before catching the night bus to Siem Reap as we felt gross and tired from a day of activities. Our first impression was of a dark and scary looking alley way which lead to... More

We saw there're rooms available online but we decided to walk in and have a look first before booking or paying. The guesthouse is located in a small alley but it's fine to us. A narrow staircase is also okay for a budget backpackers like us. But when we went to the 'reception', we just saw two little kids there,... More

Riverwalk is just across the night market. It is also easily accessible to the many bars of phnom penh. If u are also going to be taking the bus to siem reap, this place is just a block away from the giant ibis terminal. This is also just walking distance to some phnom penh sites. Now on to the place.... More

As other reviews have pointed out this is a great place, but isn't for everyone. It's located in a quiet street, down an alley, through a courtyard & up a spiral staircase. If you have a lot of luggage the access may not be ideal. However the location means that the upper rooms get river views but without the noise... More

This guesthouse is located at a dodgy alley. If you have a luggage, or have disabilities, or elderly, this place not suitable for you. You have to go up a spiral stairacse to get into this guesthouse. It doesn't have a lift and no one is even helpful enough to carry your things especially if you are booked at the... More

POSITIVE: EXCELLENT LOCATION: * 50 m from the entrance to harbour (perfect if you come with the boat from Siem Reap) * 2 streets further is the nightmarket * 20 m to the next supermarket * lots of restaurants and bars nearby (breakfast for 1 $ Str. 100 / corner Sisowath Blvd.) * Phsar Thmei (big market) is close enough... I booked the superior double room with balcony and 30m2. Great pictures, decent size. When I arrived they said they asked me what I booked and for how much. They had no clue what was going on. The old lady kept making disgusting noises with her mouth and kept asking me the same questions. Then she said they are sold... More

If u need some nightlife, this is the place to stay. As it is super near to the bars. Just 2 mind walk away. from the balcony u can see the bars along the 104 street. Rose bar, 104 bar and etc. But it will be a bit noisy if u stay there as the bar closes only after 3am.
