It's a theme park. Food awful and pricey considering what else is available. Service woeful. Selling t- shirts on the way out??? who do you think you are? Hard Rock Cafe? Atmosphere uncomfortable and pretentious. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Dear Colesey67, We are extremely regretful your experience at the FCC Phnom Penh restaurant was unpleasant, and apologize for the negative experience you had here. Our hotel and restaurant attempts to provide rewarding and enjoyable experiences to all our guests. At times we have many different customers with different expectations, and it is difficult to provide the same quality experience...

A pleasant place to have drinks overlooking the Mekong, good place to watch the nightlife. Some photos around from the days when reporters hung out there but rather lacking in atmosphere due to being a bit large and full of tourists searching for the last hard-bitten Hemingway type. But perfectly pleasant for cocktail;s and very efficient staff who were able to...

I agree with most of the other comments: great staff, generous breakfast, nicely appointed and clean rooms and very central location with great views over the river. But it certainly isn't a boutique hotel. I agree with whoever said its a bit like a hotel attached to a mid range restaurant. I think its trading on its location and name...

This place holds significant history in the end of the Khmer Rouge. That being said I showed up to hit up the bar before a night of heavy drinking. The bar has a great view of the river and has a lot of seating. The prices are highly reasonable. If you want to know the history of this building, walk...

We came here for a few drinks (we didnt stay at the hotel, a bit out of our budget) and I would highly recommend it! It as a unique history as the "Foreign Correspondents Club" in PP and has an exceptional view! Go between 5-7pm for 2 for 1 cocktails, excellent value and probably the best thing we did in...

This is positioned as a boutique hotel, but it's more like a nice restaurant and bar with some accommodation. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and the breakfast is really good. The hotel is in a great location and its a good opportunity to spend some time at the rooftop bar. The only downside is the amount of noise...

Great location! Gourmet breakfast. Very spacious rooms. Stayed there twice and the rooms had nothing in common, and I don't mean just different furniture or color of the walls, but totally different spaces. Polite staff. Knowing the history of the hotel makes your stay even more pleasant! And all these photos...

We decided to book an impromptu night at the FCC to break up our trip from Battambang to Sihanoukville, a family of four, I was pleased to find we had the Directors Apartment, a huge 2 bedroom apartment with balcony overlooking the river for 50% of published rate. The apartment was very spacious but the decor is really quite tired,...

This is my second stay - the first being 5 years ago. No regrets as it's in a great location (all tuk tuk drivers know it) and service was good. We were able to check in when we arrived at 8am and also no issues at all when we asked for late checkout. Do expect some street noise as it...
