Me and my friend got robbed in the hotel room while we were sleeping, Iphone and Camera gone. We confronted the owners because we locked the door, they said we could trust them because they have cameras and an entrance guard. We left Pnomh Penh and now I randomy run into Matthew in Hue(Vietnam). He had the exact same story,...

Nice room, nice location, personnel is fine. We payed for 3 days, getting the promise (it was also standing on internet) to get a refund if we stayed shorter. So we told one and a half day before that we just stay 2 nights. But we did not get the refund. So just pay one day at a time.

The location is good. Walking distance from the palace, museum and Daughters of Cambodia visitors center. The menu is amazing. They have got so much variety. Loved the breakfast and the lemon juice. The staff is great. They are so eager to learn and help. You never have to wait...service is fast. You can book bustickets...arrange a visa and have...

I stayed here for 1 night in Phnom Penh. Booked a private double room with fan & air con, also with private bathroom. Amenities were all in working order & the room also offers a fridge - handy if you're going to be staying more than 1 night & wish to store perishables. The bathroom is quite large & there...

I spent 3 nights at this place and it was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. The rooms are very clean, the food is good and affordable. One of the staff (i think he is the owner) help me even after i left 4 days later. I've forgotten something there, he got a driver to...

This guesthouse is definitively ok for a short time, I stayed there for a night and it was totally fine. Why not for a long time? Everything is so narrow there - the stairs, the hall, the reception, the room, the bathroom, the restaurant, the street. Clean though, which is great, and the staff is useful and friendly. The free...

Moved here after one night in a terrible guesthouse, so was pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff, good sized room with A/C. Good food, at reasonable prices. Close to river and a variety of restaurants and bars.

There's nothing particularly wrong with this guesthouse but nothing amazing either. Our room was large but the bed uncomfortable and with the number of windows it was incredibly hot, making the fan pretty ineffective. The food is good and ok value but the drinks, especially beer, is on the expensive side. The staff however are always helpfull, friendly and happy....

As other reviews have said, Okay Guesthouse is OK. There's nothing terribly wrong but nothing so great that I'd feel compelled to come back. Sheets and towels are clearly very old, they're so thin you can tell they're about to rip through. Some of the staff are very helpful and friendly, others not so much. They do not clean your...
