I stayed at this hotel as a part of the group on a business trip in Kazakhstan. The hotel is located away from the main points of interest and this needs to be kept in mind for those who would be coming for tourism. It is true that taxis are cheap in Astana but during our stay it was very...

An overall impression is quite nice. I may say that it's very far from the airport. I noticed that there was a letter from the previous visitor and some litter in the litterbin. Service is nice, except the trainer in the gym. There are both smoking and nonsmoking rooms. Didn't take too much time to check my online booking. Take...

Fitness center equipment is old and some are broken. No small towels and sanitary wipes to clean equipment holders. Massage wasn't good, room not clean. Room was good and clean. Air was the too dry because of heating. Good breakfast, polite staff

I stayed twice in the Kazzhol Hotel - on my late arrival in Astana and on the departure day. The standard in both rooms been absolutly OK. The rooms been clean. However you have still the smell from the new furnitures from the recent renovation. Unfortuantely you hear all the noises from the neighbour rooms. Wake-up calls are working. Breakfast...

I booked this hotel direct using their website requesting a Standard Room for my wife and myself. When we arrived we found that we had been upgraded to a 'Lux Room' which was very very nice! We found all the staff in the hotel were very helpful and no little thing was to much trouble to resolve or help with...

We recently stayed here for 2 nights whilst touring Kazakhstan. The hotel has clearly recently been refurbished as our room had very nice new furniture! The reception area was well laid out, the staff behind the main desk spoke excellent English, some of the other staff only spoke basic English but enough again to get by. The rooms are large,...

We had a lovely time at this hotel. Yes it is a little way out from the centre of Astana but it makes for a nice walk taking in the sights. If walking is not your thing then taxis are cheap. The staff at the hotel were absolutely lovely, very friendly and always a smile on their faces. The breakfast...

Modern (Looked newly renovated) hotel in the Kazakh Capital. I stayed one night in Mid-July as part of a holiday travelling around Kazakhstan. It's convenient for taxis from the airport, and to the city centre, both of which are reasonably priced. The only negative I can think of are that it's a bit of a hike to the city centre...
