Stayed in Radisson for two weeks. It is beautiful hotel with great gym and variety of restaurants nearby. Check in was fast even there were a lot of people just arrived with me from Frankfurt. I stayed 2 nights in Jan 2015. Very expensive,over 300USD a night.Arrived at 9pm from the airport in freezing weather,however no one to greet you at the door.I was shocked.Made my way to front desk unescorted.Room nice,but small,TV screen small,and FAR from your bed.Food was very good,and half price from similar hotel in Almaty( stars wise) Staff does its job,but...

I stay in this hotel with my group and always love to have hotel service. Hotel is fresh and not old. Rooms are different level and types. I have the highest club carlson card and have upgrade on my room level for that. There is river near the hotel and if the weather is fine you may walk around. Staff...

Hotel is on river across from Astana Park which would be a nice location in the summer or fall but was not great in December. I would prefer to be closer to the Main City Square in the new city which is near more shoping malls, restaurants, and theatres. We did a lot of walking around but had to taxis...
