My family and I stayed in this Resort for a night here. What a gem it is! We stayed in many different places in and around area before, but none was this good. As other reviewers mentioned, it is far away from the city. The area felt very safe and beautiful. The Resort looks more like an "old" apartment. We...

My family and my sisters family have a yearly trip planned to Laos over Mother's Day Weekend every year. What a fantastic discovery! They treated us like family. We are a party of 8 and they met our every need. From our request of a table that we could put outside, (for the elderly Mom's to play cards at, or...

Gorgeous setting, simple but good food, friendly owners....a great escape from the city, perfect for wasting a Sunday afternoon. It's perfect for families, good food and drink for the parents, nice pool and space for the kids. Win-win alround.

My friends and I visited Ban Sufa for a day trip to enjoy a day outside of the city and the pool. Upon arrival, we were told the kitchen was closed because a staff member was sick, but we were welcome to use the garden, games, and pool facilities. However, when I left our picnic shelter to go to the...

Ban Sufa is delightful indeed, a little bit quirky so it is interesting and beautiful. The bungalows are individual and tastefully decorated, private, no TV (hurrah!), no wifi (although this is available at the reception building) and have a perfect little balcony for sundowners. The gardens are superb for wandering and relaxing, I didn't try the pool but it looked...

This place was charming and pleasant resort about a few kilometers from the center of Vientiane in the middle of rice fields. We were served a very good French cuisine with amazing quality products. The outdoor dining was charming, and the food very good - we had chicken pate, steak and lamp chops that were worthy of any good Parisian...

Our expectations for this resort were quiet high after reading everyone's high regards for the place, however it just didn't live up to the hype. The resort itself was nice, the bungalows were cute, the pool relaxing and the staff (we only saw one) was very friendly and helpful. The down side... location.... I knew this resort was outside of...

Our family have beautiful memories here in June. A nice place with fresh air and away from the noise of the city. Room is not large but clean and comfortable. I'm just not happy with bathroom. It was small and should be more moderned improvements. My kids liked it quiet and private pool. Fool was not much variety that is...

We have stayed at Ban Su Fa for only one night, based on its many good reviews and the No.2 position in tripadvisor. We have found the place simple & magical. The lady owner is warm and friendly and so is Mr. Boontham, the only staff who seems to be doing anything, including waiting. He is more like your personal...

We stayed only one night at Ban Sufa -- we should have stayed longer in retrospect, didn't even get a chance to take a dip in one of the the pools! Great ambiance, quiet, uncomplicated and terrific welcome from the owners (it helps if you speak French). Ms Fafa arranged everything for us, including a taxi pick-up from Vientiane and...
