This is nature, close up. We had a bungalow backing onto paddy fields and were serenaded by a mass voiced choir of crickets and toads. Unfortunately they also bring along their friends, the mosquitos, ants and spiders who moved into our room with us. Just like camping, its the price .you pay for such a stunning rural location and you...

we were due to stay here for 2 nights during our stay in Vientiane before making an internal flight in Laos and then a further night on our return prior to catching flight to Bangkok. As soon as we saw the hotel we knew we had made a mistake, it was 15 min drive out of town, it was located...

Ban Sufa Garden Resort is the most restful, divine and wonderful place we have had the pleasure to visit and stay. From the most warm welcome from Fafa and her brillant chef husband Suzan, to when one has to unfortunely leave, it a wonderful experience. One which is so great i envy those that can visit Ban Sufa more than...

About half an hour's drive from town of Vientiane lies this amazing peaceful Ban Sufa Garden where you can relax and enjoy a laidback holiday; staying in a huge bungalow overlooking rice fields. This property makes you feel at home immediately and at one with nature. Apart from a swimming pool where you can relax during the hot afternoons, one...

This is a very special and nice place. It is highly recommendable with small children because of the great amenities (playground, swimming pool, beach volley net, petanque place...) and the reasonable distance to the city (30 mn by tuk-tuk). The grown-ups will appreciate the food: it got our expatriate heart racing! It is real good French food like you don't...

My family absolutely LOVED our stay at Ban Sufa Garden Resort! We hated to leave. When we arrived, by taxi that the proprietor, Fafa, had arranged, we were welcomed like we were part of the family. We were shown our charming villa, simple, yet warm, and were immediately asked if we would like to have lunch. We were famished, so,...

Stayed for a couple of nights in September 2010. Despite the incessant rain, we loved the place. It was low season when we stayed and the hotel was running on skeleton staff, but we were well taken care of. Rooms are huge and airy – no air-conditioning (not needed), no telephones, TV’s and all that other modern “noise”. No WiFi...

The Bansufa is a beautiful place only 20 min from downtown Vientiane. The owners are lovelry, amazing setting and EXCELLENT French cuisine. It is a no frills establishment with spacious bungalows, very exclusive. Perfect place to have a long lunch and relax in a hammock after overlooking the rice paddies.
