Very clean hotel. The staff also all the people worked there are all very friendly and quintly. The location is good, In the centre of Ventiane near everythings. You receive a lot of value for your money.

The hotel is a little bit out of the centre, but it's easy enough to get a tuktuk. Standard rooms are rather small, but very clean, and comfortable enough. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was OK. Good value for money.

We stayed there for one night (actually we were supposed to stay 2 - see below). The owner himself picked us up from the airport in a van, free of charge, which was really nice. He also drove us to the airport for free the following day, to catch a flight to Luang Prabang. We had a nice chat, as...

Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, I was impressed on how it clean the rooms were and the hotel itself. It seems like every time I walked back to my room, they were sweeping or mopping the floors. I had a superior room so it had a nice sitting area. The Air conditioning worked very well, in fact I...

With airport service this is good, if you need only one night. I was drop kicked off at the curb. The guy pulled up and waited for me to get my bags and open the van door. He didn't even come out to close it. The staff is either unable or unwilling to assist with referrals or any travel information....

We loved this place, the front desk staff was super nice and helpful and the place is clean. Because we only stayed in Vientiane 1 night and 1 day (which is all you need), we didn’t feel like we needed to be right near the fountain (area where there are a lot of restaurants). To be honest, we thought the...

20 minuite walk to the river, nice breakfast, clean rooms,a good choice, pity there is no swimming pool, vientiane gets extremely hot and it would have been great to come back for a swim, the city itself is quite quiet and nitelife options are concentrated by the river and not by this hotel

We were pleasantly surprised to find we had been upgraded from an Executive B to Executive A room which was huge, with a large desk area at one end, lounge suite at the other and windows on 3 sides. Because the room was so large it took a while to cool. The a/c was assisted by 2 ceiling fans but...

My girlfriend and I spent 2 nights in Aroon Residence in early April, 2013. We had a Standard Double room which consisted of a comfortable bed (albeit 2 twins pushed together and no bedside tables), dressing table with chair, wardrobe (no safe), aircon, tv, fridge and an ensuite with separate shower cubicle. The room was comfortable and reasonably large. The...

“The A/C in my room had a noisy fan, but since I didn't need to use it, this was not a problem. There is some noise in nearby neighborhoods that can be heard in some rooms but not in others, which is not something that the hotel can control, of course.”
