This hotel is not bad ..pretty clean with very basic rooms.The staff were very friendly and it is just opposite the mekong river and also the night market.It also has a restaurant attached to it which serves pretty good food western and asian .
Had the misfortune to book this shabby filthy squalid little place. Check in was OK (that's it for the good stuff) the room was a disgrace. Paint bubbling and peeling from the walls. Air con so weak it would take months to cool the room....More
One thing to clarify immediately is that its not called Intercity Boutique Hotel anymore just Intercity Hotel.(2017)

The hostel is situated right next to the night market / Mekong and as such is the place to be.
