This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, unless you have no choice, look elsewhere - Reception staff had a bad attitude, unhelpful to say the least. Breakfast consisted of 2 eggs, 1 piece of toast and tea/coffee. This is the most basic breakfast I have ever been offered in Asia. The beds were worn through... More

I don't have to mention much here, all that I wanted to contribute has already been published by others (cheers): Location - great location to restaurants, Mekong river front, night market Room - clean and big (I stayed in a triple room), however I found that the air-conditioniong is not cooling enough, perhaps due to the weather and room size.... Firstly we got moved here after we booked with the travellers house a couple of doors down because they were full so it wasnt our choice nor did we book to stay here but it turned out good which was lucky! Secondly it had a lift, which we were so thankful for because we have walked up and down so... More

The price included breakfast(eggs made to order, toast, tea, coffee). Really great loction with plenty of good restaurants, bakeries and bars in walking distance... All for... More

We tried several other places first. No need to look any further! The rooms were great! Everything is new! We stayed in several other places that were nowhere near as nice but were in the same price range. I wish we had found this place the first night! Great location! Great friendly, helpful staff! The place was spotless! Had free... More

Basic room, stayed here 2 nights on 20 May 2012. Wifi connection was horrible. There was no connection in any part of the room except by the window, and it was super slow too. We ended up tapping on the wifi from the cafe opposite while standing by the window.. It was slightly faster but also rather weak. Bed was... More

We stayed in a triple bed room which was nice and impeccably clean. Free wi-fi reception is good in our 4th floor room. Very convenient to most locations, the staff was excellent. We can't comment on the complimentary breakfast as we had to take an early flight out of Vientiane. Recommended.

Francois Ngin Road is the best place to stay in Vientiane. We booked ahead and stayed in Sinakhone. There are cheaper places in the street but the rooms were immaculate, free AC and free wi fi in the hotel.

It's an average hotel. It's room is nice and clean, but the bed is hard as a rock, especially in the family room. The wifi was a little bit slow and the breakfast was just egg or jam on a toast. The loation is nice right across the river and the staff seems like they're busy with watching tv then... More

This hotel was cool and clean. It is only a couple of blocks from the river. The river park has a fabulous playground for children and comes alive about 6 pm with an extensive night market. The street vendors nearby are delicious. The breakfast menu was an omelet and toast or scrabbled eggs and toast but... location, location, location!
