Very welcoming staff and they all are fluent in English, the breakfast was very delicious and room clean and comfortable. The location is execellent in the heart of Lao PDR. I had a very good stay at this property ☺️

We had a lovely room with nice amenities. staff could not be nicer. Great buffet breakfast and nice upstairs bar/lounge. Great location in center of town with easy walk to most sights. Lovely gift shop as well.

From the moment we walked in the door the staff at the hotel made us feel pampered and welcome. The lounge bar is not to be missed, the look and feel is of a modern version of a french colonial bar and Somwang (barman) was...More

This hotel is very nice, but not really in the more "preferred area". It is near the night market. They do arrange trips well. Most of nicer shops are not close to this hotel.
