Stayed here for a night. The reception staff was very helpful. They provide free maps of the city and show you the various attractions. Room was clean, although the tap was loose. Had a very comfortable stay here. You can book a taxi to the airport at the reception. There are no lifts, highest floor is 5th. Had the 5th...

When you walk in it looks nice, the owner and his wife are friendly but as soon as you walk up to the room you want to strangle them. It's disgusting. A dirty old falling apart bed basically doesn't allow us to open the door. We can walk together in the little space that's left between the bed and the...

For the price this was an okay stay for me. Own room and bathroom, really good wifi, quiet nights sleep and daily cleaning service if requested. Couple of downfalls; firstly the shower, like a lot of accomadation in South East Asia, this is in with the toilet. As the bathroom was paricularly small you literally soak everything. The drainage in...

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Tried 3 rooms in total. 1st was the big room with mini fridge in the 5th floor, it was okay but wifi signal is really bad. 2nd was the small room in the 5th floor, room is really bad with old air-conditioning that only blows air. Avoid this room if possible. Lastly, I asked...

Stay here 3 nights on 2nd floor room. As with all hotels in Laos, prices are high and quality is low. The room was windowless, but ventilated with a fan. The room is tiny, basic, functional and not comfortable. A small plastic stool and a ledge in lieu of a table meant the most comfortable way to work on a...

I did stay there just one night without problems. Members of staff very nice and polite ,room was clean. I didn't try a breakfast but I guess it is better to buy something outside. Hotel is in a great lecation in centre of town co you can easily get to all main attractions.

We stayed there three nights, because we did the reservation in advance. Room was very small without a window. There was also a very noisy air-con, especially in the bathroom. A few receptionists were nice enough, one was a bit rude. The reception area was nice and clean.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Frankly speaking, I was a little skeptical, as had read some not-so-good reviews. But, upon arrival I loved how the reception-cum-coffee shop looked. And I just knew this would be a good stay and it was. Sang, the guy, at the front desk, was very helpful throughout the stay. He explained about the wi-fi, handed...

We had been upgraded on our arrival, to a room on floor 5, but the WiFi couldn't connect to my tablet on this floor so we requested to be downgraded again (plus it was floor 5 with no lift!). We were moved back to a standard room on floor 3 with no window but with WiFi. The room was very...
