It was my second time to stay at this hotel first one was September 2016 and I got the room at first floor second building. The room was spacious and bed is comfortable but bathroom is not well clean. Because my room was near the receptionist area, it can be noisy at times so my suggestion is get a room...

We stayed here for a convention. Rooms are very comfortable and we received wonderful service. My only minor complaint is the lighting in the rooms - wished there were more lights when trying to get ready in the morning. It was wonderful.

I hope I never have to stay here again. Damp musty smell in the rooms, doubt if they even sweep and clean after each visit, furniture older than God, linen bought at the same time as furniture!!!! Stay away at all costs please.

After a long journey I get to reception to check in with the most unfriendly three people. A warm welcome is something they know nothing about. In my room I see the door is broken and no lid to toilet tank. Dirty plastic bowl left in basin. Pubic hairs all over floor and not only in the bathroom. Disgusted, I...

different from the one I have visited before, Nice exterior but bad interiors. door knob was in a bad condition... it was really hard to open it using the key and it's not that intact, there was no peephole, just a literal hole that we had to cover using cotton for privacy. linens are in dirty white color same as...

The rooms are romanticly rustic with modern fictures. The beds are comfortable and showers have hot water. They offer fresh towels as well as fragrant shampoo and liquid soap. We were on the third floor and we had a beautiful view. The hotel has packages that include breakfast and dinner buffets. There is also a big pool with relaxing swinging...

For the price paid here, it was ok. I didn't expect much for an overnight stay. I got a dimly lit room, toilet needs cleaning (and upgrade) and swimming pool needs cleaning. Nothing much to expect on food selection either. I'm not sure exactly if it's the tap water or the bed sheets that gave me the itch, but I'm...

Not sure what everyone is complaining about... Spent a night here for a visa run much like the rest of the guests. The room had two twin beds with fresh linens and a proper down comforter. Bathrooms were clean, stocked with TP, shampoo and body wash, and even a pair of rubber flip flops. Meals were included and consisted on...

This is a good hotel, with excellent non-Lao breakfast and a full fridge of Lao drinks. Good service and lovely environment. There is not much to complain, maybe the bed could have been more recently replaced, but it still had thing nice swinging to it, and no bad in any way.
