Relaxing and nice. With a nice pool. Nothing to complain about. Nice friendly staff, clean room with good standard. if your looking for a cheap getaway it's a good pick, it's much nicer then the same priced hotels closer to the night market.

The location of this place is terrible. Whilst some might like being disconnected from the main centre of a city, especially a capital city, it will take you best part of 30 minutes to walk into town no matter what way you walk. There is no decent restaurants or shops around so even for basic goods and services it is...

We paid £13 a night so can't complain too much but we were very disappointed with the state of the room. It was very old and run down and the towels were stained and smelt of bodily odour as soon as they got wet. They happily gave us new ones when we asked, but these had the same problem -...

We stayed here for 4 nights as we wanted somewhere with a pool to chill out after a lot of travelling. It was around £12 per night, more expensive than some other places we have stayed with pool so at first I was quite underwhelmed by it... Maybe I'm getting a bit too used to the prices in Asia! Bathroom...

First of all our room had BED BUGS (Cimex lectularis). If you do not know what bed bugs are please read first about it. They are quite dangerous. In our first night there, while watching a movie on the tablet we noticed one small insect on my hand! We started searching, we literally ransacked the entire room, we turned the...

The accommodation is okay, you basically get what you pay for. The owner was friendly it's quite far away from everything so you have to walk for a good 30 mins to get to anything unless you want to pay lots of money on tuk tuks. We only stayed here for 2 nights so wasn't so bad. We didn't use...

Great place in a cute neighbourhood. Room big with water everyday. Big shower and bathroom. Surrounded by nice local shops and restaurants. Shame for the pool. There is a pool but too dirty to swim in it. I hope they clean it as this would help people enjoy their stay.

The hotel itself was nice. The room was a good size and was clean. Hot water everyday. Room was made up each day and two bottles of water and clean towels were given. There is a small pool which was nice to swim in. The atmosphere was quiet which was also nice. The only off put for this hotel is...

As others have stated quite far from the centre, but we enjoyed navigating our ways through the streets into town. It's only a fifteen or so minute walk, and you see far more on foot! The room itself is a bit dingy, no natural light as a tree in the way... Mosquitos.... Everywhere!!! We were eaten alive the first night...

“Some tuk tuk drivers will charge you 50 000 kip to go anywhere but the normal price is 30 000 all you have to do is be a little persistent. That said we had decided before hand we wanted to walk most of the time and this hotel is very well situated for just that.”
