A older budget hotel with clean basic rooms and a functional breakfast of egg, toast and a drink. The staff were very helpful in sorting out buses, tuk tuk and general advice. It is something of a workout to get to the room so I would not recommend it for anyone with a mobility issue. I would recommend it to...

Hotel is very well located with the sights within walking distance, supermarket and ATM across the street and post box right next door. I was first put on the second floor, but this room had no windows. After enquiring about window rooms I was moved to the fourth floor, which was much better. From the fourth floor I had a...

The room was almost on the top.. its also okay.. Then my room was looks like a horror movie seance... old smelly stinky... and scary.. Very poor...

Worst hotel ever! The damp, musty smell is everywhere and the rooms drip with water from broken plumbing in bathrooms and air conditioner drains in the ceilings. I really can't believe how bad this hotel was! We had rebooked so would have paid anyway but arrived too late to find another hotel. The first room they showed us was disgusting,...

I had a room on the fourth floor although I had specifically requested a lower level room! It was a bit difficult to climb up and down the stairs but after two days they gave me a second floor room! I expected a bit of cordial reception, i suppose, but everyone seems preoccupied with an occasional nod. Breakfast wasn't muchof...

I think for Vientiane this hotel is a good deal the room is nice you get free coffee and tea and water as much as you want and it's in walking distance of the river and your room is cleaned the only thing that could improve it would be a lift as it's a bit of a climb up the...

Very friendly staff and great location considering the price. I stayed here for two nights while doing a Thai visa run. The location was ideal for me--within walking distance of many restaurants and the night market, and about a 15 minute walk to the Thai Consulate. The room however could use some renovations and a thorough sanitation. It seemed like...

The location is good - 10 minutes walk to the night market, 10 minutes walk to the morning market and mall, 20 minutes walk to Patuxay monument, 5 minutes walk to That Dam. The staff were all very nice and helpful and friendly. They always had bottled water ready for me and assisted me with my suitcase. However, it's just...

Big clean room with AC, satellite TV, large fridge freezer (only powered when key card is in the room), toiletries, Wi-Fi (intermittent) and free tea & coffee available near reception. Our room (304) had a big comfortable bed, large clean bathroom with warm shower. Rooms are no smoking, but we had a balcony overlooking the street which also meant we...

Stopped here for 4nights, great location and rooms comfortable enough, slightly loud at night due to gaps in Windows/door to balcony, and didn't have room cleaned throughout stay which for 4nights seems a bit long with the same towels but for the price can't complain too much!!!
