Comfortable, smart hotel in a good central location. Enjoyed the outdoor seating area in the courtyard. Within easy walking distance of the Patuxai monument, Sisaket temple, the presidential palace, the night market, and the banks of the Mekong. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the whole place was really chilled and quiet

Our small family room was fairly clean, there was a decent complimentary breakfast in a very nice courtyard and the location was excellent. However, there was no guest elevator, the staff were not particularly friendly and we had a "wet" style bathroom. Our main complaint was the absurdly high price charged for in-house laundry services. Granted, our fault for not...

We stayed 2 nights in this guest house, booked by our travel agent. The hotel is relatively clean. But no lift, so we had to go up to the 4th floor with heavy suitcase Of course no help from the staff. On the positive side, well located in Vientiane I would not recommend. Laos Plaza is close to this guesthouse

Booked 2 rooms for a family of 4. French colonial style hotel. Very close to market and other amenities. Friendly staff and clean rooms as always . We had WiFi. Breakfast was included and there was an ample to choose from the menu. Highly recommended.

Great location, friendly staff, peaceful hotel. Rooms are tired and in need of a makeover but they provide you with all you need. Food is excellent and a good variety at a good price for travellers. Enjoyed our stay.

This Guesthouse is well located not too far from the river and close to shops and restaurants. My room was on the ground floor which was very nice. There was a terrace just outside and also a lovely courtyard to eat meals in. My room was comfortable but a little small. The bed took up most of the room but...

A simple basic guest house located in a convenient spot. Across the road there are places for massages, a cafe at the corner of the street, and a few minutes walk to Wat Sisaket and That Dam (Black Stupa) and another few minutes walk to the Riverside. From the outside of the hotel, it looks small but interior is spacious...

The installations are pretty nice and because of the picture and reviews we were expecting a lot. It was ok but not amazing. We had to wait a little bit because the booking had not been notified and they gave us a wrong room. However they were nice with us and tried to make us happy.

I enjoyed by stay at Malinamphu. The pros are the customer service. Most of the staff spoke enough English to get around Vientiane. They were also willing to hold our bags before check in and long before our flight to Luang Prabang. The rooms seemed clean enough but nothing special for the price. I know $38 is really not a...

I have stayed at the Mali Namphu many times in the past. This visit was after about a 5 year break. I was surprised that the price has nearly doubled. The room smelled moldy, the shower sprayer wasn't functioning properly, and over all was not worth what they are now charging. The only improvement I noticed was in their breakfast....
