This place is centrally located which draws in large numbers of budget travellers, however the bedrooms, breakfast and facilities are very basic. Possibly the worst bed we've slept in throughout 5 months of SE Asia. Shared bathrooms are kept clean though.
Clean rooms and cheap. Central room and outside space is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. I had a time issue for laundry service. It was finished too late but they arranged an other bustrip to my next location. In Total a nice place on...More

Hi, Smith, I am not sure if your question is whether the staff at this guesthouse are friendly and kind? I would say yes. They are not hostile and if you ask for a cup of complimentary tea or coffee over the counter they will provide you with the cup and the tea or coffee bag. They also provide complimentary breakfast but the wifi is only available at the lobby and I saw many of the guests gathered around the lobby with their laptops. Their English proficiency level is just ok and if you ask more they may not be able to reply you. But generally speaking, as long as you make your own research, I do not think there is a need to ask them too much.
