Got the double room with AC. Room smelled strange. AC didn't work. Very loud, as room is basically IN reception. No windows. Bed is reasonable. After in the room for a couple hours, got a bad headache.
Luckily we booked only one night, double room for 180k kip, really overpriced for a bunker room without windows.
The room and bathroom were really dirty, full of hair and dust.
The staff is really rude, not possible to have any useful information.
Stayed here for 3 nights.
the rooms are small, no windows and shared bathroom down the hall. For 70.000 kip i am sure you can find better value in the area. Expecially when its low season.
The staff however was friendly and they included a...More

Hi, Smith, I am not sure if your question is whether the staff at this guesthouse are friendly and kind? I would say yes. They are not hostile and if you ask for a cup of complimentary tea or coffee over the counter they will provide you with the cup and the tea or coffee bag. They also provide complimentary breakfast but the wifi is only available at the lobby and I saw many of the guests gathered around the lobby with their laptops. Their English proficiency level is just ok and if you ask more they may not be able to reply you. But generally speaking, as long as you make your own research, I do not think there is a need to ask them too much.
