This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at . It is set apart from the main street amongst rubble from various building sites that surround it
The room was decked out like a bordello .Everything was burgandy, including the walls and curtains. The fridge was turned off. There was one power poiint for three appliances. The TV would not turn off and I had to crawl around the floor looking for the power point . The toilet would not flush and ran all night long. The shower was not installed correctly and when I turned the water on I flooded the bathroom. There is no lift and I had to lug a suitcase up 3 floors.
I was originally checked in for 2 night but left after 1 night never to return

We arrived early morning after a super delayed flight from Beijing. The place was very simple, not much of views but close enough to major places in UB. Staff was friendly and very helpful, room simple and clean. Would stay here again when I am back in Mongolia, cheap and no frills accommodation in UB. No lifts.

I stayed here with a friend as part of a Trans-Mongolian Railway package trip. It was by far the worst of the hotels we stayed at on our journey.

Our room smelt strange for the whole stay and the bathroom had a number of broken fixtures, faulty shower and leaks. Breakfast in the hotel was awful, sticky bread and piece of fatty meat, with a cold bit of scrambled egg.

Outside the front of the hotel was a large puddle in the mud, broken concrete and building materials lying around.

Although cheap, there must be better hotels in UB in a similar price range.

Even though this place has nothing to do with Miami, it is one of the few low budget hubs in Ulaanbaatar that actually delivers what they preach: It is very decent for a 3 star low budget hotel with great rooms and service for the price. The well-renovated rooms and bathrooms are clean and neat, the TV has all channels in regional languages and English, and there is a small fridge and a kettle in every room and a hair dryer in every bathroom. But the lack of cold water deserves a comment: we were staying on the 4th floor and the warm shower was very week, unless the water was burning hot. The price is mere 60 dollars for a twin room and the staff downstairs speaks English and helps with bearing up luggage as they have no elevator. We were moved to a twin room on the upper floor as soon as we complained about the noise from the reception from our room on the ground foor. It is a clear advantage that the hotel is 10 m away from the main street: you will be sure to get a good night sleep. Daily cleaning and breakfast are very decent as well, the latter is not that overwhelming which was just fine for us. This place has surpassed our expectations of what one could get in Ulaanbaatar for this price. The hotel is very conveniently located close to the main sights: 15 min walk to Gandan Khiid, 5 min to the great department store and 15 min away from Sukhbaatar sq. Perfect location. Reliable and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again and recommend this place to the others.

Very basic no AC cable barely works properly wifi above 1 st floor does not work at all had to rely on a wifi that a friend lent to me.The worst thing on the last day of my departure there was a very rain big rain storm and my driver came to pick me up due to the heavy rain she ran into the drain pump which there was no section cordoned off and the so called concierge started to swear at my driver(female) calling her prostitute and all sort of other obscenities then I jump in then he started calling her a prostitute for foreign tourist.I hope this animal gets fired,The rest of the staff was kind of OK.Came close to blows.

The hotel was ok but nothing special. Lack of air conditioning can be very painful in local climate.

Wi-Fi didnt work above the first floor (building has 4). The couldnt fix it during two days of our stay.

Otherwise it seemed quite clean and calm place to stay. Good location in the city center.

We were on the 4th floor. No elevator which can be a problem for those that have a lot of luggage or are not mobile. Staff were indifferent, but probably mainly because of the cultural differences and language barriers. Mongolia has only been an independent state for 20 years. Restaurant...forget it. We had breakfast provided. Being veg, we were served lettuce, tomato and cucumber salad with an oil dressing. A nice try, but one morning we had a late breakfast and our salad sat on the kitchen bench for 3 hours and looked very limp and sad by the time it was served. Needless to say, we skipped breakfast, particularly since it included tofu.

I heard from other guests that the electricity supply was limited and that there were prostitutes operating in the hotel.

We were booked here for one night by our travel company as part of our trans Siberian adventure.
First impression - why did the driver take us to the back of an old apartment building with an enormous lake of rainwater on the ground!
Second impression - the door of our room had been kicked in, with a very poor attempt at fixing it made with some screws. My husband could lock the door but pull it open easily using his pinky finger. We both did not feel safe in the room, and asked for a new room. This request caused issues - the staff member came to the room and insisted the door lock worked fine. He did not acknowledge that you could pull the door open while it was locked - and physically stopped my husband from demonstrating it. Eventually, we were moved to another room - this door had also been kicked in, but repaired more substantially.
Third impression - my husband was woken at 2am with a large party, door slamming, screaming in the hallway. We saw that one of the main windows in the lobby had been broken that night too.

We later caught up with a friend who, to put it bluntly, felt that he was in a brothel while waiting in the lobby after check out the next morning.

We booked a room in another hotel for our two nights back in UB after our ger trip - for a room of the same price range it was blissful compared to the Miami.

We have stayed in 3 different rooms for 6 nights. On the positive side we have to mention that the rooms have NO carpet, i.e. rooms are easy to clean. Beds are clean and matresses are good. WiFi works stable only on the 4th floor . Breakfast is only available after 9.00 a.m.
They did not bother to clean our room for 4 days.....
The hotel is run down, rooms mostly smell like smoking rooms, smoking in the hallways is common, which means the whole place smells
A cheap hotel located in the center of town, ok after a week in a tent, but not a nice experience.

If you take a shower here be prepared to do it quickly as the warm water runs out after two minutes. No elevator/lift so be prepared to climb up a few stairs.

Staff are ok but cannot expect English spoken here.

This hotel is not on the main road and hiding behind an expensive department store (not the state department store) This is on opposite side further down.

No telephones in room here.
